1) We booked room 502 (Mini Forest themed suite). There is a special door, lower, for children to enter the room with a card with their photo. When the children entered, in the dark, because the switch next to the door did not turn on any lamps, they stepped into the water. We thought it was part of the decoration, but when we adults entered through the normal door and went around the room, we realized that it was a puddle of water due to a leak in the ceiling of the room. Water was dripping down the light fixture and what I believe was the smoke detector. The children wet their shoes and socks as soon as they entered the room. We contacted reception who sent a cleaning lady to dry the puddle. But, moments later, water had already accumulated again. The front desk then sent maintenance upstairs and the leak was stopped. Even so, we were left with a bucket and several cloths on the floor of the room, as water was still dripping; 2) In a part of the room, where the children climb up and stay on a hammock, there was a very large spider web, close to the ceiling. If the child stayed on his knees, he would already reach the web; 3) Dirty cushions, with stains, with the appearance of an unwashed or poorly washed cover; 4) Apparently, someone lay down on one of the bunk beds shortly before we arrived. The sheet was all crumpled; 5) Only one working elevator in the hotel. When staff went up with boxes for the restaurant or even cleaning supplies, they had to wait for the elevator to unload and return; 6) Poorly maintained wooden furniture, with many wood splinters, posing risks to children; 7) At the reception there was advertising for the massage service. However, when contracting, they did not inform that the service is no longer offered at the Gramado unit, but at another unit in the municipality. Travel is at the guest's expense. This was only reported when my wife came down for the massage, it was not announced beforehand. So, she had to call a car and arrived late. If they had been informed that the service was external, it would not have been hired or it would have been scheduled taking travel time and cost into consideration; 8) People, in the hotel lobby, insistently offering courtesies after discovering a new development in the Laghetto chain. Worse than leafleting on the street, where you keep walking and get away with it. In the hall, the person keeps chasing you, until you decide to go to the street or go back to the room; 9) Television in the kids space with high volume on an action movie channel (children playing and gunfire running rampant on the television), with no control to turn off or change the channel. We reported all this at check out and, as a courtesy, they only waived the charge for 4 bottles of water, which we drank from the minibar. The impression it gives is that they created the themed rooms to renovate the hotel and attract more visitors, but apparently they gave up and now leave everything as it is, in any way and without maintenance. Positively, we highlight the location
