It seems to be a new hotel. Great location, close to the main streets of Gramado, good breakfast, relatively cheap, but the service should be improved. Room is small but the bed and shower are quite good. They will give you only one key for the room and during the night, often you won't find anyone at the reception. There's no room service. Free wi-fi and parking are provided. Don't expect luxury, but it is ok for a few nights.

The reception and breakfast staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is well located in the center of Gramado. Super nominate. Holidays combine with a good hotel and location. So in this hotel you can find and unite.... comfort, leisure and good price.

A recepção é maravilhosa, excepcional, são muito atenciosos, super solicitos, amei de todo meu coração , super recomendo, sobre o quarto muito aconchegante e próspero, o que houve sobre os lençóis foi resolvido, super indico, super educados, atenciosos, e solicitos, recomendo a todos que virem à Gramado para ficarem aqui neste conforto em família, o café da manhã muito gostosão, somos do Litoral de São Paulo e vou recomendar muito vocês, amamos de mais, Hasta Lá Vista ❤️ gratidão pelos dias em que ficamos aqui eu e minha mãe!!

Hotel muito bom. Ótima localização, perto de tudo. Café da manhã maravilhoso. Mas o ar condicionado deixou a desejar, parava de funcionar e toda hora eu tinha que ficar ligando pra recepção pro funcionário tentar resolver, isso foi desgastante. Ouvi dizer que o problema estava só nos quartos do 5° andar. Então se forem se hospedar lá, fujam desse andar.

O Monte Felice é muito bem localizado, fica próximo à badalada Borges de Medeiros, perto também de farmácia, restaurantes e lojas em geral; o chuveiro é o melhor que já vi, jato volumoso e água quentíssima a qualquer hora. O que achei que não foi legal é que o quarto tem cheiro, embora esteja limpo. Parece que a umidade do lugar fez desenvolver um mofo atrás de um armário de madeira e o lugar é de difícil acesso para limpeza. No café da manhã, que é muito bem preparado, só não gostei dos ovos mexidos, que tem um aspecto de crus e não parecem ovos de verdade. No “Cantinho saudável” não ficava claro se os produtos eram “sem lactose”; era claro apenas que eram “sem glúten”. No mais, agradeço a simpatia, cortesia e profissionalismo do recepcionista Thiago.
