The hotel has a beautiful structure, with very attentive people. It gave us very pleasant days. The structure is very welcoming with landscape and chalets. It is possible to take a day off from sightseeing and enjoy the day here, as it has a swimming pool, sauna, rest room and games room. But what caught my attention the most was the dedication and attention of the employees.

Nossa semana em Gramado não poderia ter sido melhor; a equipe Fioreze com toda dedicação e acolhimento fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Logo que chegamos nos auxiliaram quanto a passeios, principais pontos turísticos, indicações de restaurantes, e entre outros, todos sempre disponíveis para tirar qualquer dúvida. O chalé em que nos hospedamos totalmente limpo e aconchegante; sem contar que as camas são extremamente confortáveis. Outro ponto que nos chamou atenção foi o café da manhã, organizam os horários de uma forma que todos possam apreciar com tranquilidade as grandes variedades saborosas dispostas sobre a mesa. Quanto ao checkout, foram extremamente flexíveis e compreensivos com nossa situação. Com certeza indicaremos o hotel para os conhecidos. Saímos convictos que, para temporada de 2025 e todas as que estão por vir escolheremos sempre Fioreze Quero Quero.
