The water is the best part. Good breakfast. People are kind and the hospitality is clear.

The facilities are good, but the food is terrible

We loved the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were extremely slow. My check-out took more than 15 minutes!! Unbelievable!

Very good hotel, with an incredible leisure area for families, especially those with small children. Very good breakfast, lots of variety, everything fresh. I think the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. You can't walk barefoot without feeling the dust on the floor. The towels are also very worn. Another annoying point is the parking fee, which is 42 reais. There is no parking on the street, so it is mandatory to consider this cost when booking your accommodation.

Everything was fine except for the “Saturday pool hours” where demand is high, which could start at 9:00. Today it starts at 10:00. Thank you.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast.

The problem is the SPA without a covered connection, in a rainy and cold region. Another is the poor quality of the restaurant, outsourced, or rather precarious, expensive and bad!

Pleasant, but the breakfast could be better to suit people with gluten and casein restrictions. Food without these ingredients could be kept in a separate place to avoid contamination. And employees could be aware of the importance of meeting the needs of these customers.

Very bad service, room service, I tried to get water several times after midnight and no one provided 24-hour room service, we waited 3 hours for water. There is no ifood delivered at night as it is far from the center, you cannot get water from reception and the minibar has not been restocked. In addition, a room with a QUEEN bed was paid for and they were placed in a room with a single bed TOGETHER. Detail that an extra 500 was paid for a queen bed room.

Experience and level of service is no longer the same as before.

Hotel with great service, good breakfast, great swimming pools and very close to Aquamotion and Snowland. It also offers discounts to these parks for guests.
