We loved the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were extremely slow. My check-out took more than 15 minutes!! Unbelievable!

The hotel is adequate, but lacks outdoor spaces and a connection with nature. It lacks sports and family facilities. The rooms don't have good views and their windows are small. The breakfast is very good, the lobby is also fine, and the pools are good but lack any entertainment. The staff only speaks Portuguese. The location is remote, and its remoteness doesn't take advantage of the connection with nature. I saw better options in Gramado.

The structure of the hotel is very good. The mattress and pillows are not good, I woke up several times at night with neck pain. Breakfast is good, nothing extraordinary.
It is worth a cost-benefit of R$600.00 per night maximum.
