Se existe um hotel perfeito, é este! O hotel é um luxo desde a entrada, vc se sente em um palácio! Os móveis sãos luxuosos, o atendimento muito cordial, academia muito boa, instalações maravilhosas, e o quarto? Nossa incrível! Lindo com vista, e eles já deixam os aquecedores ligados, sério, fazia tempo que eu não tinha uma noite de sono tão agradável! Outra grata surpresa é o café da manhã! O mais maravilhoso de Gramado! Tem uma mesa só de doces, outra só pra frios, outra só de paes…É tudo um luxo , e não estou exagerando! Estacionamento gratuito, e no check out ainda dão um kit viagem lindo, com água e bolinhos. Quem se hospeda vive um sonho. Parabéns aos funcionários que são educadíssimos, enfim, eu simplesmente adorei!

Really exceptional ! The experience was above the curve. BREAKFAST is simply wonderfull. We were very well woelcoming for all staff. For instance, Mr JAIME (waiter) was very worried on to accomodate all the family (eg.: product lactose free) and was very professional, worthy of mention as an example of a superior service.

Hotel padrão 5 estrelas!!!! É tudo de bom e mais um pouco! Localização, cordialidade, beleza da decoração. Agora, o café da manhã é um capítulo à parte. Tem o menu a la carte lotado de delícias. Sensacional. Conheço vários hotéis em Gramado e esse é um dos melhores.
