ALL THE CARPET HAS BEEN REMOVED AND NEW FLOORING PUT DOWN . This 4 bedroom 2 bath home also has 2 sofa beds will sleep 12. Features a fully stocked kitchen all the linings needed. The deck has a gas grill and sitting for the outdoor dinning. Memories await you and you family at this hidden treasure. WE DO HAVE WIFI . PLEASE WATCH VIDEO ! The house is about 1 hour from Pigeon Forge and about 45 mins from Knoxville. Ramps to put your boats in the water are about 1 mile from the house. You do have a private dock at the property. I Also own the property beside this one WHAT A VIEW ID 262263 can be rented as well for big families!

This is a wonderful location and it does sleep up to 12 people. Although it sleeps up to 12 people only eight are allowed on the deck at one time. The beds are terribly hard and uncomfortable, and the floors were filthy and the island countertop was sticky and had to be cleaned. Two chairs on the deck were broken, and the tables were very flimsy and the tops were made of glass making it very dangerous. The dock was incredibly unsafe for anyone and very flimsy, so I would discourage any elderly people using the dock. It definitely needs work to be done on that which the owner stated would be done in the winter. It was a very beautiful lake and very clean.

We have stayed here several times over the last several years. The house is spacious and accommodated our large family. We will definitely book this house again.

Wonderful lakeside rental
This was such a nice home with direct access to the lake. The owner was very nice and responded to questions we had very quickly. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

stay review
Gas grill did not work upon arrival....after 12 driving on the road...finally got settled after 8pm...could not grill...tired, hungry...response time for manager to get someone down to find out starter on grill broken (should have been fixed before we arrived)..over an hour...way after 9pm by then....unpacking....found clothes from previous people in dresser...augh!!!!!! TV in master bedroom never worked correctly...had to play with tht every night...augh

Loved the lake house!
The Lakehouse was a wonderful get away. The house is laid out great for families and groups. There’s plenty of space and room to stretch out. The porch was where we spent most of our time. The kitchen has necessities for cooking and was well stocked with plates/utensils. The view out to the lake was breath taking and hard to leave. We had an issue with the dock, but the owner answered quickly and had it fixed the next day.
A couple of things to note if traveling with young children. The garden tub is beautiful, but difficult to bathe small toddlers in. The walls of the house are thin, so keep this in mind when selecting what room to use for children. The walk down to the dock is not too steep and our toddler did great with it. The house is so close to German Creek marina and makes for an easy trip to the boat rental.
