I cannot understand the current reviews. No investment has been made here for years. The rooms are clean, but the rest of the hotel is not. Breakfast was supposed to be at 7 a.m., but no one from the service staff was there until 7:30 a.m. The only thing that is nice is the view of the Zugspitze.

Good value for money, room somewhat dated, nice owners. Before our train journey to the Netherlands, after the last day of skiing, we were allowed to use the sauna shower to freshen up. Extensive breakfast with a fresh egg every day.

We stayed at this hotel in January and didn't regret it. Incredibly friendly people and always willing to help. The breakfast was great and scrambled eggs were always freshly prepared. The bed was great and the room was very large with a great balcony and a great view of the Zugspitze. The only flaw was the relatively small closet. The wellness area was very nice and very clean. The hotel is also in a great location because you can reach the bus and Zugspitzbahn in no time. We liked it so much that we booked again straight away. See you next year

Herzlicher Empfang. Toller Ausblick auf die Zugspitze. Sauber. Ordentlich. Das Haus hat einen ursprünglich rustikalen Charakter und das Frühstück ist top! Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und es gab täglich Eierspeisen auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet. Es fehlte an nichts. Außerdem gab es eine super Kaffeemaschine, die keine Wünsche offen ließ und von der man sich auch tagsüber einen Kaffee holen konnte. Sehr familiär, da Inhabergeführtes Hotel. Wir würden wiederkommen. Mit der Gästecard konnte man sowohl kostenlos zum Eibsee fahren als auch nach Garmisch Partenkirchen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten vor unmittelbarer Haustür.
