Everything was great, staff, room service, breakfast was top notch, highly recommended. I will definitely be back👍 Contactless check worked perfectly. The hotel and the rooms were top notch, I felt very comfortable and am already looking forward to seeing you again!

We reached the hotel on a hill, a little way from the actual town of Grafenau. There are plenty of parking spaces both directly in front of the hotel and in the back yard. The very friendly employee was able to hand over the keys immediately after we had registered online, after she had given us all the important information. We were given a room (not number 14) on the ground floor, even though we had to carry our suitcases up three steps. The hallway leading to it was bright and friendly. The room must be locked with a key, no automatic locking! The small extra key was intended for a compartment in the large refrigerator (in the hallway), which had a compartment for personal refrigerated items that could be kept cool there, very nice. The large and friendly room immediately satisfied us. Completely carpeted, with an additional carpet in front of the bed. We had a lovely terrace with seating, a good sunbathing corner until late in the evening. The TV worked perfectly, but the WiFi often went down. We had a large seating area in the room with a sofa, table and armchair. There was also an additional chair at the desk. The radiator worked just as well as the one in the bathroom. The toilet was in a small separate room, separated from the wash basin and shower corner. Everything there was tiled. And finally, colorful towels. We always slept well in the comfortable beds, quiet area, although the rooms are not very soundproofed from each other. The blackout curtains were also very good. Overall, the room was of a better standard than advertised. The breakfast buffet was different, and barely met the 3* standard. Good: there was no plastic waste. Special requests for which you had to pay were served "fresh to the table". In summary: rooms and facilities in the hotel, such as the swimming pool, were excellent, breakfast selection was still good, so overall a really very good hotel.

Die meisten Zimmer / Bäder in neuem, modernen Standard. Boxspringbetten mit hochwertigen Matratzen.. Viele Zimmer durch Lift barrierefrei erreichbar. Großzügig und gut möbliert. Balkon. Kühlfächer für die Zimmer außerhalb. Haus in ansprechendem Ambiente, modern interpretierter regionaler Stil. Schöne Speisezimmer, gemütliche Lobby, ausgesuchtes Weinangebot. Hochwertiges Frühstück, abwechslungsreich, vollwertig, frisch. Sonderwünschen wird begegnet. Haus besticht durch seine besondere Gastorientierung. Angenehme, persönliche Betreuung durch Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wirklich Empfehlenswert

So ein wunderbarer Platz mit seinem dörflichen Charakter, der Freundlichkeit des Personals, dem guten Frühstück und dem Service!! Wir kommen wieder!!!

Bequemer Kurzurlaub im Bayerwald Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet, modern ausgestattetes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Wellnessbereich mit kleinem Innenpool und 2 Saunen. Gelegenheit in einem ruhigen Vorort von Grafenau am Dorfplatz, unweit des Nationalparks und der Buchberger Leite. Frühstücksterrasse und Terrasse mit Liegen vorhanden.
