Have booked double room with sea view 04.09.23. Got confirmation same day and was advised not to forget our booking - giving details by 14.09.23. On arrival 18.09.23 we found out that our room was not available ! No more sea view but garden, rumpus room on ground floor. the reception was helpless and some staff had to call "a Manager". We were offered a free cancellation instead of looking for alternatives or compromises. We are used from many other reputable hotels to being upgraded if the hotel makes mistakes, but not downgraded to our lower room rate. Anyhow we decided to take the room as it was also for a less expensive price, but this place is for ever on our NO - NO - List. At the end one must say the breakfast and the staff around was superb.

Very Nice hotel, attractive building and premisse juist off the beach. Extremely friendly staff, Nice and cheerfull atmospere. Good facilities and easy parking on private area. Close to shopping, dining and a stroll through town

Very nice hotel in villa near the beach. Very good breakfast in the garden. Main building is very nice and hope we will come back again. Parking. But it is recommended to book beach beds in advanced. The beach was sold out.

The apartment is very well equiped and it is as comfortable as being at home. The roof terrace is amazing. The staff is kind. The location is excellent. The beach is absolutely nearby. Ideal for traveling with children.

Grado is one of the most charming seaside places, and very family-friendly. This hotel offers different type of rooms and appartments. The bigger appartments are spacious, well equiped, optimal for a stay with small children. The builing got it's own history, the garden is nice, and you can park your car in the garden. The beach is very close, also the old town center, so the location is perfect. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Excellent accommodation location right by the beach. Absolutely perfect reception service. Parking and car care during the stay. Pleasant rooms. City center with many shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful hotel, I would say the best hotel in Grado. Big and cozy rooms, the delicious breakfast. The hotel is situated directly with the access to the beach and in the same time in the center of the city. I highly recommend this hotel. Grado is a great destination for your vacation.

Charming Hotel, nice Rooms, on the beach Location, in city centre. Elegant surrounding. Great Service and very polite staff. All easy to communicate with in german, english and italian. Parking service
