Very very very bad welcome at the receptionist, paid 11€ for breakfast per person waited 20 minutes to bring bread, very poor breakfast buffet included some yogurt , butter and bread only. It was very bad experience with the hotel crew. Please do not stay here

Very good stay at Night. There were 4 of us in a studio which, despite everything, was spacious and functional. Everything is in perfect condition, very clean and new. In addition, the parking lot is closed so the car is safe, and it can stay in the parking lot because the bus stop is nearby to reach the center of Bordeaux. An Intermarché is 2 minutes away on foot so everything is at hand, perfect and quiet location. We will not hesitate to come back!

Ce qui est intéressant dans cet établissement c'est surtout son rapport qualité prix absolument imbattable pour les prestations proposées. La chambre est très confortable, avec une grande télé. La situation de l'hôtel tout près de la rocade peut convenir à certains mais pour les amateurs de shopping c'est très excentré, de toute façon sans voiture ça me paraît compliqué bien qu'il y ait des arrêts de bus pas trop loin. L'accueil est très sympa, le personnel fait tout ce qu'il peut pour que tout se passe bien, même les veilleurs de nuit ! J'ai eu un problème la première nuit avec une VMC un peu bruyante, le problème a été réglé avec maestria, les nuits suivantes c'était très bien. En dehors de ce problème de VMC c'est dommage qu'on ne pouvait pas éteindre ou allumer la lumière principale en étant dans le lit. En bref j'étais très satisfaite de mon séjour, peut être bien que j'y reviendrai !
