Went for short break but had to leave early for family illness reasons. Very attentive staff after my wife had slight accident with the room window which was good. Had great fish and chip dinner and good beer in the pub. Rooms are basic but adequate, Very clean its just that parking is such a problem in this very quaint and picturesque little village. Will be back we are sure.

This place is amazing. A must place to stay. I've visited the pub many times (from various cottage holidays) and stayed over twice (winter trips). On this, the third time, I brought my extended family (dad, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin) – they all loved it. We've been singing see shanties with the Cadgwith singers, eating delicious food – fresh fish, meat and veg (all local) – all washed down with lashings of Cornish beer and brandy. Good company in the bar too from the hosts, locals and guests. The rooms are spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. While the hosts Garry and Helen are amazing and genuinely friendly, really helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts are really tasty and hearty in preparation for the outdoors. I had a full English on one day and locally smoked fish with poached eggs then next (perfect!) From the Inn the outdoors is stunning for walks around the Lizard peninsula and wildlife spotting. This really is one of my favourite places to stay.

This is the most lovely and relaxing place to have a drink or eat. We sat in the main bar and had a drink whilst we chilled out and read our books. The food menu sounded great, and we wished we had waited to eat.....next time we will. The Cadgwith cove cask ale was excellent as was the roaring fire and traditional decoration....excellent all round.

This is everything you'd expect from a pub in such a quaint village. A beautiful traditional interior, log fire, friendly attentive staff, and an excellent roast dinner. It is a credit to the lovely couple who run it. We hope to return......

The management does not care if have any emergency or other issues if you have to make changes or cancellations, they will not help in any way, even though there is huge demand for this inn the management is not interested in helping typically rule minded, not good for any advance booking, on top of that rooms are very small

Brilliant service received and fantastic olde worldy pub here at this stunning location. Away from all the hustle and bustle. Hidden in an old coastal village stopped in smuggling history and such a stunning collection of thatched cottages

This pub is beautifully run by the most wonderful, friendly staff. And, oh my, what a setting! We were lucky enough to be staying right in the heart of the Cove, so uses the pub for food and drink every evening. Meals were lovely with a good choice of dishes including catch of the day directly from the fishing boats in the Cove. Whilst we were there we listened to the Cadgwith Cove singers and an afternoon of folk. Both great fun. Make a visit to see the beautiful scenery, but make sure you pop in the pub as well. You'll be made to feel welcome... That's for sure.

The inn was lovely, with a great vibe and some fisherman singing sea shanty’s as we got there. However, the room was definitely not worth the £150 paid for - The walls were chipped and the room was tiny, without hot water. Well equipped however. The main reason I’m giving this a poor rating is because I very politely asked who to speak to as we had no hot water in our room, it was 6pm. The staff member I spoke to was polite to my face, but unbeknown to her my partner was at the bar paying our bill when he overheard her complaining about me to other staff members. Apparently because no one else had mentioned the lack of hot water, that meant I was lying. Not happy, and would not want to visit the Inn again. Food was dried up and tasteless at dinner, perhaps because we were the last to eat. breakfast was better, with nicer staff. Really wanted to like the experience here, very disappointed.
