In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces, extra) at the house, public parking 400 m. Grocery, supermarket 600 m, restaurant 400 m, bar, bakery 400 m, pedestrian zone, bus stop 500 m. Tennis, sports centre 400 m, walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift 500 m, gondola lift 500 m, skisport facilities 500 m, ski rental 500 m, ski school, sled run 400 m, ice rink, children's playground 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zermatt 25 km, Saas Fee 30 km. Hiking paths: Hannigalp, Mattertal. Minigolf and fitness centre at 400 m.
