The Regent Grand

Our family just returned from a 5 night stay at the beautiful Regent Grand in an ocean front 2-bedroom suite. We travelled with our children, ages 15 and 12. The room was beautiful and very clean as were pool area, the common grounds and the beach. Tracy was very helpful as she checked us in and gave us a tour of the hotel. The pool area is spacious and quiet and there was always a staff member nearby to ensure we had everything we needed, a drink from the bar, a complimentary bottle of water or clean towels. There was always an attendant on the beach throughout the day to provide us with fresh chair liners and to set up our umbrellas. The location of the resort is ideal and is in the center of Grace Bay, near many restaurants and shopping. There is no restaurant on site but we were only a 5 minute walk to Shay Cafe and Beans and Leaves for breakfast and coffee. We will definitely return!

The Regent Grand was amazing. Everyone working there was extremely courteous and helpful. The pool is awesome and you can't beat the location. They do not have a restaraunt on site but can still order a light food menu during the day as well as drinks so it all worked out....plus plenty of great cafes and restarounts within walking distance. The hotel is right on the beach and they have private chair/umbrellas for their guests. It was a fantastic experience.

Lovely, quiet and not crowded even though they were full.Perfectly situated near restaurants and shopping. Easy walking to many great restaurants! The staff was kind and very accommodating. Unit 404, was perfect. The views are spectacular.

My wife and I stayed here for our 16th Anniversary July 14-18th. Every staff member from the front desk to the beach attendant was Outstanding, The customer service was excellent. The Regent Grand is located with walking distance to many great restaurants and shops 2 minute walk. There is also a nice grocery store about a 10 minute walk away. They also provide food and drinks on the beach which was also nice. The resort also has a nice bar located at the pool. We will defiantly be returning in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Regent Grand. The location was perfect as we could easily walk to the grocery store, multiple restaurants and cafes, and lots of shops. The staff were all very attentive, very friendly, and very helpful. They helped us set up a few excursions before our stay and helped us make some decisions about activities while we were on property. Our room was amazing, beds were very comfortable, and the water got very hot! We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and laundry. The property felt very safe and relaxing. We would definitely return and stay at this location in the future!

We just returned from our trip to Turks & Caicos and wish we had another week to stay. The Regent Grand was the perfect location for our family of three couples (me, my wife, our two adult kids, and their spouses). We wanted a villa or apartment setup on Grace Bay that offered a few amenities and peaceful surroundings with a common living and kitchen area, so we were not split up in separate hotel-style rooms. Our three-bedroom apartment at The Regent Grand fit the bill perfectly. It is a beautiful property with a fabulous pool, an immaculately beautiful courtyard, and right in the center of beach town for walkable shops and restaurants. The staff on the property were super nice and went out of their way to meet our needs (filling our cooler with ice daily, running food & drinks, and setting up beach umbrellas & chairs). Here is my short list of pros & cons depending on what you're looking for: Pros: - Quiet, peaceful, beautiful property (No loud music blaring from a bar or by the pool) - Awesome walk-in pool with multiple hot tubs (pool slants in from the sides instead of having steps) in the center courtyard of the property with options for shade under trees and umbrellas - Not even a block from coffee shops, restaurants, & a mini-mall with clothing, gifts, & an awesome dive shop - Great cleaning staff - Washer &dryer in the apartment - Wonderful outdoor patio with tables and padded chairs & sofa Cons: - No full restaurant on site (you can order delivery from your room/the beach) - No ocean toys (Kayaks, catamarans, etc.), but there is an adventure/excursion company on the beach on the property next door. We brought our own snorkels & blow up inflatables. If you want a large loud party resort go somewhere else. If you want a place that feels like your own vacation home with resort services this is a great property.
