This is a terrible hotek. Don't go there. The staff are completely untrained and uncouth. Although the hotel is new, the rooms are in disrepair. Water leaks from the ceiling in the bathroom when you shower, and the ceiling is moldy. It's like a prison; the staff constantly monitor you. They constantly hound you, telling you not to do this and that. They have no manners, and they are very rude. There was poop in the children's pool, but the pool wasn't closed; the poop was collected and returned to the children's use. The attendant who asked for tea handed us the cups by holding them from the top, just above where our lips would touch, instead of placing them on plates. I will never come back, and I won't recommend it to anyone.

The pool is large enough but there is only one pool and the water is incredibly hot. There are not enough sun loungers. The aquapark is adequate there are two for adults and children. The sea is nice but the beach is very neglected and incredibly dirty. The rooms are new and well maintained but there were no hygiene products when we checked in. When we called the reception they sent them, cleaning is not done every day. The sound insulation is very poor during our stay there was a million fest in Arsuz as if they were singing in the room so much noise gets in. The food is generally delicious but no drinks are served to the tables. While customers are eating in the restaurant, the so-called chefs yell at the staff next to them as if they are hosting people for free, why are there so many fries, even if you serve 10 different varieties, there would be a crowd, etc. The communication between the staff is terrible. The snack bars other than food do not offer many alternatives and their service hours are very short. The biggest problem is the staff; never expect a smiling face. The hotel's chef, Onur Bey, gets into an argument with a customer over an ice cream cone. When we asked for the car to go out, they said, "Let's give them the keys, and they'll bring it to you." When we asked how we knew where the car was, "You parked it, and you brought it," they said, "Okay, we'll bring it." I asked other friends if the minibars never, ever cool down; they're specific to our room. They said the same thing. Don't expect any entertainment for the kids. They have a balcony-like area where you can sit in the evenings, and they entertain the kids in a corner between the tables. There are bars in three separate areas, but because they all have different hours, there's usually a crowd. The drinks are terrible. For example, when you ask for soda with lemon, they put a slice of lemon and warm soda. When you ask for lemon juice, they add lemon sauce. The concept is supposedly all-inclusive, but let alone hotels in Antalya, even all-inclusive hotels in Mersin can't even come close in terms of service. When we checked out in the morning, we still couldn't get valet service. When they kept insisting, "Let's give them the keys, and you take the car," they had the security guards bring the car. We tried it because it was close, but never again.

The worst 5 star hotel I have ever seen in my life is getting out of the sea and getting washed with a hose, waiting in line for it and thinking about the rest.

“A close and surprising alternative for those tired of going to Antalya!” Every year I kept saying “Antalya, Antalya,” but the road, the heat, and the traffic had worn me out. This time, I said, “Somewhere close by, I can rest.” It was good for me, and I dragged at least 5 friends along. Do they regret it? I don’t know yet 😅 First day of vacation! We arrived with high expectations, but when we expected a professional welcome at the hotel entrance and were told to “Park your car on the side of the road or leave it in the vacant lot ahead,” we got a little nervous. We’ve factored the stress of “looking for a parking space” into our vacation, so no… We dug right in so we wouldn’t be nervous on an empty stomach, but to be honest, the variety seemed a bit like a “fit menu.” The thing that caught my eye the most: They’d cut up a whole chicken and grilled it, I guess the “bone protein” trend has started 😄 There were meatballs, but they were clearly not made “by our moms’ hands,” frozen ones. But they weren’t bad, let’s be honest. The pool isn't bad, but if you don't get up by 7am, you'll lose the battle for a sunbed. The "early bird gets the pool" system works here! If you didn't come here dreaming of a boozy holiday, that's fine. But if, like me, you're looking for a glass of wine in the evening, bring a thermos or enjoy a walk outside. There's no alcohol, and the options are a bit limited. The sea was choppy in the afternoon, "like it connects to the Black Sea." The wind must have been a bit of a distraction, or maybe we were. 😊 The biggest downside? The taps for those who want to cleanse themselves with water after getting off the sand are barely enough to "wash off the flies." It's really weak. The TV in the room is still silent, and the outlets are a bit of a "I'd rather be here than working" mindset. There's still construction noise in the background, a sense of "you're there, not the hotel." That evening, we headed back to the restaurant, hoping for a surprise dinner, but the menu was familiar: the meatballs and shredded chicken from lunch were back on stage. You'd think we have a special bond with chicken; it's off the menu 😄 We said, "It didn't pass the test, so at least let's have some tea." We went, sat down, and politely asked for tea. The answer we got was, "We don't have service, you get your own. We only take the empties." So, we get our own tea, and the division of responsibilities is clear: Tea for you, empty for me! I'm just reporting from the first day of the holiday... Stay tuned for the rest! 😄

First of all, everyone planning a nice holiday, please read my review until the end. I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and 6 days with my family. This is the worst holiday I've ever had. First of all, half of the hotel is still under construction. The construction crew is working and watching you while you're swimming in the pool. The hotel rooms are not cleaned properly. We'd leave our rooms around 9am every day. We'd come back around 6/7pm and the room wouldn't be cleaned. There were no clean towels. If you asked why the room wasn't cleaned, they'd say there were no more. If you asked why the room wasn't cleaned, they'd say the shift didn't arrive. The entire hotel only has one elevator working, and there were times we had to wait 10 minutes for the elevator. The pictures don't match the aqua park they show for sale. They've installed 4 slides, two of which are working, and the other two are said to be faulty. The food was the same for lunch for 4 days, but if you ask for variety, it's very poor. They've given the entire hotel's load to the entertainment team, and they're giving their all to entertain the people. I stayed for 6 days, with one day off, because these incompetent, human-looking creatures have built their large toilets in the large pool. They're closing the main pool to use. It's also said they have their own beach. It's a lie, they're deceiving people by saying the public beach belongs to us. There's a main road, open to traffic, and you cross it to reach the sea. There's no restriction on that either. You enter the same sea as anyone else. There's a security issue. You can't comfortably leave your belongings on a sunbed and go in. There's no lifeguard at the sea, and there's only one person at the poolside of the entire hotel. The snack buffet is mediocre, and the drinks are always the same. The hotel manager, Nihal, was in such a difficult situation because of the negative feedback that I felt sorry for her. The waiters were friendly, but the staff was definitely too few. They're exhausting themselves trying to keep up. In short, if you want to vacation on a construction site, come and join me. I came to support the earthquake zone because I had so many prejudices. I wish I hadn't come. I wasted my time and money, and I came from Istanbul. I wouldn't have come. I've been working for a whole year to have this holiday. Thank you Jumanah Premium for giving me the worst holiday of my life. The aparthotels around you offer better service than you, rest assured. You've opened an unfinished hotel entirely for money. I don't forgive you.
