We have had a wonderful stay at sunbel hotel. I’m not sure why the other reviews have been so harsh There is a great mix of people, families, couples. Old and young. People from all over the world although I’m not sure why it matters where people are from. The food is fresh and tasty and there is a big variety but not overwhelming. Lots of traditional Turkish food and a mix of international too. My children are very happy.The pool is wonderful and has a warm children’s pool. I can easily sit close and Supervise them. The waterslides add to the fun. The children’s animation was fun and engaging. They enjoyed the small shaded park The rooms are clean spacious and quiet. The air conditioner works well and is not noisy. There is direct access to the private beach. The staff have been great and very friendly and helpful and speak Turkish Russian and English which I think is great to speak so many languages! If you want luxury and expensive alcohol then book and pay for a luxury hotel. I will return again :) Sunbel otelde harika bir konaklama geçirdik. I had a pleasant stay at Club Hotel Sunbel for one week in July. The spa team, especially Beka and Adler, provided outstanding service and made me feel relaxed. Hussein at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful with any requests I had. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The entertainment team was active but could have been more enthusiastic. The food had a wide choice of salads and main dishes, but I was disappointed with the beverages quality and the lack of pork and beef dishes. I also did not like the use of prefabricated lamb in some dishes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but I think there are some areas that need improvement. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay in Antalya.

A great hotel on the beach in Beldibi Antalya. Close to local shops and other tourist attractions. Welcome: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reception was great especially Ozlen was fantastic and very helpful. Concierge: None ⭐️ Room: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our room was upgraded with the sea 🌊 view , Specious, comfortable bedding, good size restroom and good choice of facilities. Restaurant: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good choices of restaurants. Main restaurant choices of foods were excellent and delicious, very friendly staff there. Well done team 👍🏼 Swimming Pool: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good facility, staff are helpful but do not speak English at all. Very hard to communicate 😕 Overall: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A very good hotel for the price, location, amenities and for the wonderful views of mountains & sea

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening. The restaurant and bar, like almost all shops, were already closed. The first sight in the foyer was shocking. dirt in the corners. The settlednbbathroom, specially the toilet and shower were very dirty. The same applied to the living room, especially the pillows, curtains and the walls were very dirty. The first breakfast the next morning was also sobering, from then on there was basically the same food every day, only slightly modified. Very bland-tasting lettuce, undefinable sausage, eggs in different cooking levels and types of cooking. This continued at noon and in the evening. Poultry was almost always represented, so chicken. Side dishes similar, rice, pasta and potato wedges. Everything was basically cold. For dessert there was always the same, very sweet greasy cakes, fruit (apple, plum, orange). Drinks were available from the machines from early in the morning or from the bar from 10 a.m. The staff was always friendly, but not everyone did a proper clean job. The communication was sometimes not easy, because some of the staff didn't speak or understand English.
