Seagull Hotel

We stayed in April 2023, during the Holiday Holiday. The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean, food was delicious. It's a very good value for money hotel.

Pros: beautiful sea, beautiful landscaped area. I did not like the fight for the number: for two days I fought with Tayana for a normal number. Until I connected the tour operator Coral, there were no numbers. On the third day we were moved to a nice room overlooking the sea and mountains. Is free. There is little food, for 7 days it does not bother. For 2 weeks, everything is already sick. Fruits are always apples, oranges, watermelon and melon. Cocktails are paid, $4. Pour free their local alcohol. Ice cream for money, no Turkish cakes. Tap water only, bring your own bottle. Nothing else. Towels are either your own, or buy at the hotel for $ 10, or buy across the street at the market. Free bath branded only in the room, you can not take out. I'm talking about slippers and a bathrobe. The concept of the hotel is as they say at the reception for almost every vacationer! Animation for children. The kids club is open from 10:00-12:00 and from 15:00-17:00. In the morning the room opens every other time. If it opens, the children go about their business, the animator goes about his own. We didn't go to the club after dinner, I don't know what's going on there. I went to the reception to find out why the kids club is not working, they told me: this is not for us, no idea who works there, go look for an animator and ask her. Just in case: there is no needle and thread, there is no pot for the child. Suddenly someone will need - take it with you right away. Evening disco for children 15 minutes. The animator spends it as if he is about to fall asleep or die. Well, she doesn’t get high, well, it’s written right on her forehead. Kids are bored... According to adult animation, two people. I didn’t come across a guy, the girl is boring, slow (she has all the fitness). Music is not played in the hotel, only heard from neighboring hotels. So for a relaxing holiday here. Definitely not for kids and teenagers.

My positive impressions about the hotel: The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, you can take lots of pictures, the animator and cleaning team work well, the rooms are cleaned every day, the markets are within walking distance. Some of my negative impressions about the hotel and what it needs to improve: Although the hotel concept is all-inclusive, some things are sold for a fee, for example: internet wifi, bottled water, ice cream, squeezed fruit juices, Turkish coffee is sold for money, I noticed that the meals are not prepared with great care, the number of mattresses on the sun loungers very few, the number of working personnel is not enough.
