Crystal Flora Beach Resort - Ultimate All Inclusive

We spent 9 unforgettable days at Crystal Flora Beach Resort with our three children, and from the very first moment, we felt completely looked after. We were even checked into our room before 2pm, which was a lovely and thoughtful start to our holiday — especially with little ones in tow. The resort is set in beautiful natural surroundings, with lush gardens, well-kept pathways, and a private beach just steps away. Everything is spotlessly clean and carefully maintained. The food was exceptional throughout our stay. The main restaurant offered an impressive variety of dishes — always fresh and delicious. The grilled kebabs, fish, and wide selection of cheeses were particular favourites. Our two-year-old daughter also had no trouble finding something tasty at every meal. The staff were incredibly attentive, always on hand with a smile and quick to assist. The beach snack bar was another highlight — the food was excellent, and we really appreciated the attention to hygiene: everything was covered with protective film, and cutlery came in individual packaging. Cocktails at the bars were delicious and beautifully made — a real treat. One of the biggest hits with the children was the ice cream, available from 11am to 11pm — a delightful detail that brought them so much joy every day. We also absolutely loved the patisserie: the desserts were simply divine, with a lovely atmosphere and a tempting array of cakes and sweet treats. The à la carte restaurants were outstanding. The Mexican restaurant, in particular, made our evening truly special — the atmosphere was warm and vibrant, the food was absolutely incredible, and the staff were exceptionally attentive. The seafood restaurant was also a highlight — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. What truly sets this resort apart is the incredible kids’ club. All three of our children loved it, and our eldest daughter was especially impressed — which says a lot! The club offers engaging activities for children of all ages. From creative crafts and pizza-making to visits from costumed performers, there was always something fun to do. The young women working at the club were simply amazing — nurturing, creative, and fully engaged with every child. In the evenings, there were fun shows with character costumes — our son was thrilled with the Sonic performance — and the children’s festival was magical: bouncy castles, games, guest entertainers, and so much joy. The kids' club being open until 11pm was a huge plus, giving us parents some well-earned time to relax. Speaking of relaxation — the spa at Crystal Flora is truly outstanding. I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had. After experiencing the traditional Turkish hammam, I booked a medical massage — and it completely exceeded all expectations. We had a good experience! Just wish they had other international beverages brands and more evening entertainment options. Some staff stood out more than others so a special thanks to Serdar, Yilmaz, Gokay, Krestov! Then the Guest Relations team who helped plan an amazing surprise dinner for my husband’s birthday with balloons and bubbly then the decorated room. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time in Crystal Hotels, but the first time with a little kid. If you are looking for a family-oriented hotel and have a small kid, Crystal Flora would be a great choice. Beautiful territory, very green. Sandy beach with clear water. Several playgrounds for kids and all of them in the shade, which is really nice! They have a mini-zoo with rabbits and chickens and peacocks, our kid loved feeding rabbits, we would go every day. Good food, plenty of options for kids and picky eaters. There were kids plates that our little one would always go for. The rooms are pretty small, and could use a renovation, but everything was clean and the rooms were serviced daily. Nice spa, we enjoyed a massage and would stop by for sauna frequently. There are several a-La carte restaurants if you get tired of the main restaurant food. There are plenty of bars for drinks and refreshments too. We particularly enjoyed the beach club bar by the kids mini-club. Great service and beautiful views. I would certainly recommend the hotel, we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

This was my first time to Turkey, and I honestly didn't expect such an amazing experience. Let me start off by saying soon as we were at the resort, Mr Ilham straight away came to us and reassured where our room would be, when it will be done by (no longer than a 30m wait) and guided us where the food was. It can be a little stressful arriving at a resort and seeing everyone know where everything is while you're so lost! However, Mr Ilham did an incredible job to make us feel at home. The rooms were also extremely comfy, the WiFi worked (90% of the time) except rooms like the Gym, or Spa centre. If you love tennis or ping pong, they have this which was a very fun activity to do when feeling a little bored or tired of the sun. The place is extremely clean, the food buffet was hygenic and kept up to perfect standards at all times. The place truly felt at home. It has no flaws and wouldn't change anything about the place. A great trip, a great week with the family and a great experience overall. Me and my mum hate bathrooms that isn't our house. Having such bad experiences in other countries, I can safely say Crystal Flora's hygiene of the bathroom was immaculate. Oh, and one thing to mention, there are a lot of cats hiding everywhere!

We liked the place. Everything organised very well. Shows, activities kids club. Animation team was nice and newer annoying. Our kid liked to stay for some time in the kids club, and mini disco. Hotel itself clean and with nice territory. I was surprised by restaurant and bars, food always good, tasty and available. We never ever had to queue for food or any other service, what is quite common in Turkey during the high season.
