Friendly staff. Insanely delicious food, but the video is that the hotel is tired! The refrigerator is broken in the room, the shower holder is broken, the sheet with a bloody stain. The pool smells strongly of chlorine. There is not enough space for sun loungers for all vacationers! Alcohol is like water, after five cocktails it feels like drinking water. The animator girl in the evenings dressed in defiant dresses without a bra, with a semi-open ass, in the hotel 80% of the children! For one time the hotel will do, no more than!

Okay, here's an honest review about an incredible hotel that opened too early after refurbishment. We arrived a couple of days after they reopened on the 14th May for 10 days, the hotel was far from ready to accept guests. The shop was closed and not stocked, as was the a la carte restauraunt and patisserie etc. and there was no evening entertainment. We were asked to stay in a sun-trap small room with no air con for the first night as the superior room we had booked was not ready, we had no choice but didn't sleep due to the heat. They promised our actual room would be ready after breakfast in the morning. Next morning after breakfast we went to reception to be told to go enjoy the pool and they would come get us when the room was ready, I wasn't accepting that. I happen to speak a little Turkish and made it clear we would sit in reception and it needed to be ready soon so we could start our holiday. After an hour or so we were taken to our actual room which was lovely and huge, however the TV didn't work and after an hour the air con was pooling water on the floor. As soon as we reported this their maintenance team came and rectified it and to be fair, were very attentive. The hotel's beach is a short walk and is beautiful but pebbley (take water shoes). To sum our holiday up, we would defintiely go to this hotel again, the reception staff were amazing, as was Huseyin in the bar (Tequila Club!) and Melidina who waited on and Sultan in the breakfast buffet restaurant and actually all the restaurant team who were amazing, so polite and we are so grateful to you for making our stay such a happy one despite the inital hiccups. Kivanc heaading up the animation team was superb, so friendly and always found us for a chat and a catch up. The lovely lady on reception with long dark hair always went out of her way to fix anything we reported as did the manager. The cleaners did an amazing job every day, the food was absolutely amazing, lots of authentic Turkish food (loved the Lahmacun!). We defintely hope to come back again but would book further into the season to avoid the initial reopeing for the season issues. We recognise that the decision to re-open when not ready was not the decision of the service personnel and actually put them in quite a difficult position however they did an amazing job. Can recommend the the Merhaba Garden restaurant in Kemer, the Qualista Restaurant for Lobster, and the Nayla Restaurant Cafe/restaurant, superb authentic Turkish food. Cok tesekkurederiz ve gene gorusuruz Insallah!

Overall we didn’t have a great experience with this hotel, definitely would not be back. We arrived to the hotel late Thursday evening, to be taken to our room which was evidently not properly cleaned from previous guests, e.g, wrappers on the floor and dirty towels left and floor visibly not clean. To make matters worse as we got into bed after midnight we noticed blood stained bed sheets along with other dirty marks. We rang reception straight away to try to explain the situation, my partner had to explain several times what the issue was as receptionist could not understand English as all staff here. A man came to the room and removed the sheets and did not return for another 45 minutes after us ringing to reception again to ask where he had gone. We made our bed up and finally got into at 1.30am hoping the next day would be better. Woke up the next morning to head to breakfast, food is heavily based around Eastern European individuals. Being disappointed with breakfast we headed off to the pool for a nice relax…at 9.30am we could not get a sun lounger although majority of them are empty but with peoples towels and belongings on them. Complained to receptionist about this issue along with another communication barrier of not being able to speak English, I asked if more could be put out. Nothing. After waiting around the pool for another 40 mins without a sun lounger we finally managed to get seats. So if you want to have a day at the pool definitely be sure to be up early to put towels on your seats!! Headed for drinks at the bar, to again be faced with a language barrier, even asking for a simple “water” seems to be an issue. Had to use Google translate a couple of times!! Also noticed hugely that other guests who are not British get a more friendly service and when it comes to you they couldn’t get you away quick enough. Definitely made me feel uncomfortable. As the first day drew to an end and all the problems we had already encountered we were ready for dinner…absolute nightmare. No structure, kids as young as 3 and 4 running wild, pushing in lines to get to food no parents in site. If you enjoy chicken nuggets, fries and pizzas and plain pasta then you will be fine but for us it’s not really a dinner we enjoy everyday. As I said again food is very heavily based towards Eastern European individuals. Food is pretty much the same every night so nothing really to look forward to. Then trying to find a seat once you had got your “dinner” was a nightmare we ended up having to sit in the lobby outside seating area. Entertainment wise, again based towards Eastern Europeans and often the entertainment not speaking in English as well as the entertainers. When entertainers do speak in English it is very very difficult to understand. After a couple of nights we decided to give the entertainment a miss and just go for a walk to the nearby shops every evening. Purchased 4 items from the hotel shop (x2 chocolate bars, a bag of crisps and a packet of s

My partner and I are still here with our 9 year old son and 10 year old daughter. Like many I was so worried because of the previous reviews (I cried on the flight!) but I have to say we needn’t have worried, we are having the best holiday! We have a partition room which is plenty big enough for the 4 of us. Air con works well, the showers are very powerful (with hot water!) and the rooms are clean and tidy. No issues at all with WiFi. The main pool is huge with plenty of loungers, and the kids LOVE the waterpark! They have also loved the kids club late in the evening which works for us as we get some peace and quiet while we enjoy the evening entertainment which has also been brilliant so far! The food is no different to any other all inclusive, it gets a bit busy but not to the point we can’t get tables or our food. There is plenty of choice for my fussy son (pizza/pasta/chips/nuggets etc) and everyone loves the patisserie. There are ice creams/lollies and again kids have had their fill of those! Cocktails are awesome, better than other resorts I have stayed in. Our favourites have been pina colada and mojito. I highly recommend the spa, we paid £110 for two with Turkish bath/hamman, sauna, scrub, and full body massage (we were there for 2 hours) absolutely worth the money. Everyone seems really friendly, and they are all working so hard to give everyone a good holiday. Less than 5 mins walk there are plenty of shops and a cash machine. I think the hotel was not up to standard for a couple of weeks during renovations, and I really do feel for those who were there at that time. Now I would say everything is up and running, and all issues have been fixed. We are honestly having the best holiday, and would definitely come back!

Since the day we arrived we’ve experienced nothing but hassle and the hotel staff couldn’t care less. The rooms are tiny and beyond basic, no tea or coffee making facilities, the showers have no water coming out of them if you want to shower between 5 and 7pm, and if there is any water coming out it is freezing cold, the air con doesn’t work and this seems to be in all rooms not just ours from speaking with other guests. We have travelled with a 5 year old and a 5 month old, the staff brought a travel cot after we advised we had asked for a cot in our room, this is broken and initially was brought with a duvet folded at the bottom instead of a mattress, I had to use google translate to explain this is very dangerous for a baby of 5 months to sleep on in terms of the risk of suffocation so eventually a mattress was brought to the room for us to use in the broken travel cot. I requested a kettle to boil bottled water for my 5 month old as he is still solely bottle fed, I had to ask 3-4 times a day for bottled water to be brought to the room, it never arrived, I have resorted to just helping myself to the cleaners trolley to ensure my baby has enough safe water to be fed with. Our room is often missed by the cleaner so I have also resorted to helping my self to clean towels and a brush to sweep the floors. I am wondering if I will get paid for my services at the end of my 2 week stay. Some of the staff are unwelcoming and rude, one of the restaurant managers has written ‘leave me alone’ on her socks. There are some lovely staff though who have made our stay slightly more bearable- cilla and huseyn to name two of them. The hotel is still under renovation, there was still a lot of things not open when we arrived and now it is busy- dinner is like being at a cattle farm, everyone pushing and diving for tables, the staff don’t help with seating, it is a free for all and we have been eating out as we find the experience stressful. The A la carte restaurants are an additional cost, not included in the all inclusive price, we complained about this not being stated on the website when we booked as this is something we’ve never experienced in all the years we have been holidaying with tui, following this the concierge manager sent us a note to our room inviting us to book the a la carte, we booked a table and thought it was nice they were trying to make an effort to correct what had been wrong for us, only to find out we still had to pay. We were once again left disappointed. The wifi is terrible. There is only ice cream available between 2 and 4 and this is on certain days only, some days only ice lollys are on offer and it is only available at the water slides, no ice cream is served in the evenings and dinner doesn’t start until 7 which is not the best with 2 young children. Also dinner finishes at 9 but things do not get replenished after half 8 so everyone rushes in at 7 as things run out such as deserts- hence the crazy rush. Everywhere looks like it

Beware when going to this hotel as the renovations have not finished. Half the hotel is still being worked on. Myself and my family arrived on 14 May only to find that 99% of the hotel was still closed/being worked on. Workmen walking around the hotel, drilling and banging etc when you’re trying to eat breakfast, sunbathe and eat dinner. The hotel is very dusty because of this. Food isn’t great, breakfast is the best meal. Evening entertainment is basically non existent, the same singers and Dj because the entertainment area isn’t finished (or wasn’t finished when we left on May 24th). The shower is useless, I washed my hair twice in 10 days because the water would trickle out, always cold aswell. The air con isn’t great. The lifts would always break down. We were there for 10 days and only had daytime activities for one day before we left to come home. We were very bored! There was only one member of the entertainment team, Kivanc, he was brilliant. What I will say is, I can see their vision in the renovations, but they shouldn’t be allowing people to stay if it’s not finished. We had no hotel shops, no spa, no aqua park, no snack bars, no entertainment for the majority of our stay!!! The hotel staff are friendly though! For my stay, I wouldn’t rate the hotel a 4* but I can see the hotel being very nice when it’s finished. It’s a shame because we were exited to go there given previous reviews but they really haven’t helped themselves here!
