We flew from Münster at night and therefore arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am. Our suitcases were put away and we were immediately taken to the dining room for breakfast. This was followed by check-in and after this our room was immediately available, instead of at 2:00 PM. All very friendly staff. We have no complaints about the food, the food is tasty, warm and varied enough. There were plenty of sunbeds available at the swimming pool and the sea (5 minutes walk), where there is private grounds as well as food, drinks and toilets. There is plenty of entertainment, especially the Inferno disco was impressive and very nicely decorated. There were also live bands, bingo etc. Our flight doesn't depart until 10:50 PM and after checking out at 12 PM, our suitcases were stored in the special room and we were allowed to use everything all day long. In short, we really enjoyed our stay in Greenwood, thanks to all the friendly, hardworking staff.

Friendly staff. Insanely delicious food, but the video is that the hotel is tired! The refrigerator is broken in the room, the shower holder is broken, the sheet with a bloody stain. The pool smells strongly of chlorine. There is not enough space for sun loungers for all vacationers! Alcohol is like water, after five cocktails it feels like drinking water. The animator girl in the evenings dressed in defiant dresses without a bra, with a semi-open ass, in the hotel 80% of the children! For one time the hotel will do, no more than!

If I could give no stars I absolutely would this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my family and I spent a week of pure hell here! Where do I begin? First of all we arrived and were given the wrong rooms I paid extra for two annex room one double and one large I also requested they be side by side we arrived at 4am we were given bungalow rooms 6 minutes walk apart when I pointed this out I was told there’s nothing we can do you’ll have to stay there! Come in the morning and we can look.. we were so tired we went off to the rooms with a sheet of paper they gave us that had a few lines of English stating food and entertainment times no map to tell us where anything was! the path between the rooms is dangerously unsafe and uneven please see attached photos I tripped as it’s so poorly lit… when we walked into the rooms I was horrified every surface the walls, floors, fixtures and fittings were rotten thick with dirt cob webs mould stains everywhere you looked there were ants on the floors the air conditioning didn’t work in one of the rooms we should have had a double bed in one room and 2 singles with a room partition instead we had a double a sofa with the back cushions removed and a put up bed put next to it with the sofa cushions as a mattress you literally couldn’t swing a cat in there the bathroom floors were extremely slippery when wet so we had to put a towel on the floor. The lamps that were fixed to the walls rotated there were loose wires that had been cut a hairdryer that was wired in hanging off the wall with a big hole behind it the sockets were all falling off..We went down in the morning searching for food we eventually found it then made our way to reception they again said we couldn’t be moved we have 5 children so we were all split up! The entertainment is aimed at Russians so we’re oblivious to what was being said! On day 2 my me my husband and two of our kids started having upset stomach and being sick we spoke with multiple other families during our stay who were all the same they also had ear/eye infections 2 families ended up in hospital where they were told it was caused by the food (which was absolutely vile deer meatloaf and shredded version was one regular dish along with a sea food stew the smell was awful it filled the entire room) the sickness and diarrhoea continued for the rest of the week I barely ate as it just came straight back out all 7 of us survived in plain pasta and chips for the rest of the week! Then my 12 & 13 year old daughters were hit on by a 23 year old lifeguard despite asking them there age and them clearly having red wrist bands indicating they were under 18 he was calling them sexy and Turkish desert winking at them I was complaining yet again about the state of the room to the management when they told me the manager said he would be removed immediately and sent to the beach I said I didn’t want him anywhere near my children again I was assured this would be the case! The following day he was

If you're wondering whether this hotel is for you then allow me to detail our stay and base it on facts rather than just opinions. It's a lengthy review based on our stay at this hotel and this room, but I hope it helps. Just for context: we are a family of 3 - 2 adults and a 9 year old. We usually visit Spanish islands and Canary Islands, this is our first time in Turkey. We travelled with Jet2 and booked this as a last minute holiday during October half term. Location : technically Goynuk rather than Kemer. If you are wanting more towards the marina in Kemer area this hotel may not be for you. However, there is a very regular bus service (dolmus) which is about a 10-15 min bus ride from this resort. The bus costs around 1-2€. Download the moovitt app to see the times. Also on Thursday there is a textile and clothing market which is very popular. The bus gets full quickly so an earlier time may be more beneficial if there is more than 2 of you. Busses are very regular (every ten minutes). Transfer time wise it took an hour rather than the 90 minutes originally quoted on the jet2 site. If you go out of the hotel and turn left you'll find some shops there. Continue a little further and turn left again and you will find a huge street of shops on both sides we visited most and all shop keepers had excellent manners and customer service. No shortage of shops despite not being in the center of Kemer. The hotel does have its own stretch of beach which across the road from the hotel itself. At the beach there are ample FREE sunbeds, their own toilets, showers, beach bar serving drinks and snack bar serving food. Currency: Turkish lira. I've seen on many Facebook pages that suggest the Turkish shops like £ however we found in this area that they prefer euros but lira will work out better for value to you. One shop keeper in particular said it cost him money to bank £ rather than € or lira. Hotel check in: We arrived at 2am Turkish time and was one of two families arriving at the same time. We were met with a warm smile and quick check in service. The entrance lobby is vast and beautifully decorated. It smelled lovely and has a cosy vibe. I asked if there was any family rooms to upgrade to and the gentleman behind the desk smiled and said we had been upgraded to a family room (not in the main building) free of charge. (see below for more info on rooms) I couldn't believe it but I was so happy it really made my evening after a long day of travelling. Once checked in, a wonderful gentleman collected our luggage and was great with our little one making her laugh. He showed us to our room, showed us how the air conditioning works and wished us a pleasant sleep. Room: We stayed in block 1, floor 3 - 2303. The family room we were given was light, airy and spacious and had a little divider between the master bed and the two singles which gave a little privacy however there is a mirror that acts as a blindspot and undid

I would like to give an honest review of this hotel. Where you can see mixed reviews, this is due to the very different experiences that people receive. Those that stay in the recently renovated areas-hotel and annexe, go on to have a more enjoyable stay, not only because their rooms are intially more liveable but they are then cleaned and replenished regularly. Those whom stay in a 'bungalow' are like a downgrade and receive less than substandard service. I unfortunately, was based in a substandard 'bungalow'. The first thing to note, if you are expecting a bungalow, these have 3 floors! So NOT a bungalow. Secondly, 4 star!! Laughable! I can see that maybe other areas may have experienced 4 star accommodation, the bungalows however, would struggle to receive 2 stars. We arrived to our room-3rd floor!! To see a double and single bed for 2 adults, a 16year old and 11year old! Upon leaving the room we found a fold up camp bed outside the room. I didn't think room rearranging come as part of the package but there was no way it would fit in the bedroom otherwise! We were able to squeeze the camp bed in between the other beds once the phone had been placed underneath and the furniture stacked up in the corner. We had to shimmy on and off the beds as there was no space to get out. We had to store our suitcases on the balcony as there was no other space! We found the room to be in a unclean state and the same can be said for the balcony and common areas. The bathroom was dated, mouldy and unclean. We asked for rooms to be cleaned numerous times and only on around day 5 when it went to management did anything happen, not like anything was cleaned again after this but the beds were made (not cleaned). The pool area was dangerous. The actual pool wasn't seen to be cleaned during our stay and had debris all in the bottom. I witnessed the pool area walk way wiped with a dirty mop. Bins/pots were emptied regularly. The railings for the kids pool had screws hanging out. There was a large hole in the floor on main steps. Lots of broken tiles. The floor was slippy. My partner slipped numerous times and we witnessed a lady fall and smack her head with minimal assistance from lifeguards/staff. The food lacked variety. Icecreams available at limited times. The animation guy Ali G was brilliant!! He engaged with all visitors and tried to make their time enjoyable. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough variety in entertainment and this does fall short of the 4star hotel this is advertised at. I found the beach to me more of a shingle/pebble beach littered with cigarette butt's. I would like to be more positive about this hotel but I would not want to set anyone up to have the same poor experience that I have had.

Really good hotel for a great value week long family holiday. The swimming pool and slides were great, really enjoyed the food in the buffet restaurant and other areas. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is home to beautiful cats who I will hopefully return to visit. We read many negative reviews before travelling but felt many of these were unnecessarily critical. Go with an open mind and decide for yourself. We really enjoyed our stay.
