Positive: -AMAZING food -Quaity drinks -Great pools -Lots of bars -Good amount of sunbeds so you dont have to wake up early -Mexican ala carte(!!) -Ibrahim from animation team is very nice and very funny Negative: -The two blonde animation team girls are not doing anything. They are not promoting activities and when I asked they say noone wants to play waterpolo or volleyball but as a guest I could find 15(!) players for volleyball without even promoting it -Rooms are a bit old -Few bars only have local alcoholic drinks All in all it is a nice hotel

It was an excellent holiday. Crew and the team was amazing. Foods and beverages are great. Room was tidy and clean. Hotel was a little bit crowded but the team could handle it. I can recommend that the number of personnel was sometimes in some areas not enough, they can rise the number of personnel. Upper management is always on field and auditing. With my family we attend all the concert during our holiday. Aquapark and pools were clean. There are stones on the sea entrance. It was an unforgattable holiday experience for me and my family.

A Perfect Family Getaway - Absolutely Flawless! Our family of three, including our energetic toddler, just returned from a week at the Crystal Prestige Elite, and we are already planning our next visit! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every single way and provided the most relaxing, enjoyable holiday we've had in years. The highlight of our trip was the incredible attention to our son's needs. He has a dairy allergy, which can make dining abroad stressful. However, the fantastic chefs here went above and beyond, preparing special, tailor-made meals for him every single day. Seeing him enjoy delicious and safe food with a huge smile was the best part of our vacation. We are so incredibly grateful for their care and professionalism. The wonderful service extended throughout the resort. The waiters were always attentive, friendly, and absolutely brilliant with our little one. The entire hotel, from our spacious and modern room to the common areas, was kept spotlessly clean. For a family that loves the water, this place is a paradise. The beach is pristine with soft sand and crystal-clear water, and the sheer number of pools meant they never felt overcrowded. Our toddler had the time of his life splashing around! The kids' activities and clubs are also top-notch, offering a great variety of fun for children of all ages. From the beautiful grounds and the endless food and drink options to the genuinely welcoming staff, the Crystal Prestige Elite has perfected the family holiday experience. We felt completely cared for from the moment we arrived. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a stress-free, luxurious, and truly memorable vacation. Pool activities are amazing and mini club is taking good care of our kids, lots of open areas, loved the omellette at the breakfast buffet. Special thanks to guest relations department especially mr Kadir who made sure we are on board with everything.

Best place to be on vacation, very big pools, very nice people, love the food, shuttle service is next level, evening parties are great but somehow no noise in the rooms, there is always something to do, good animation team, activities for kids were nice my kids liked it. Guest relation passed my expectations

This hotel has deeply disappointed me — it has changed for the worse in just two years. I was assaulted, ended up with broken ribs, and was robbed during my stay. Shockingly, the staff never even asked if I was okay. The hotel is unsafe and feels corrupt. I was intimidated for no reason and pressured to take the blame for something I had nothing to do with — completely absurd. I sincerely hope that the money you stole will bring you “happiness,” because you have certainly destroyed the trust and safety that any guest should feel here.
