We had a rest in the beginning of May, the very beginning of the season, we were met well right away, although we arrived at 3 o'clock in the morning, everything was brought, the room was shown, the staff was very friendly, special thanks to the bartenders for the great cocktails, they even made them just on request, not only from the menu. There was enough food, the main thing is everything was delicious, you will definitely not go hungry, I think we will come back here with the children. The location is good, the beach is across the road, there are shops around the corner, the entrance to the sea is small pebbles, coarse sand.

This hotel doesn't have conception of 5 stars ultra, considering price of the hotel. It is a big mistake we came here. Starting from food options, spirits availability, anything extra you have to pay. Internet in the room extra charge. Pool bar, beer and water only. A la carte extra charge, no ice cream apart of main restaurant, and they don't let you take it away with you..... please don't come here , otherwise you'll get very disappointed. Especially if you have ever been to proper 5 start hotel in Turkey, this one is 4 max....

Hotel has weird policies, such as on the day of our checkout we were not able to use all the amenities as promised. The territory of the hotel is quite small. The food was not great quality; very few options during the nighttime meals. The shop is also very small. Visiting a doctor is not included in the stay. I couldn’t pay at the doctor’s office with an ATM card. No ATM machines on the property. The beach is small, crowded and covered with umbrellas. No way to get a tan and relax. The pool is also medium-sized and even though the kids were not allowed in the adult pool (according to the hotel rules) there were a lot of kids, hence it was quite dirty and crowded. The children left their mess: food and sand from the beach, inside the pool and nobody cared about it, not the parents nor the staff. We stayed there for a week, I never saw anyone properly clean the pool. The location and the room is okay. However, the room had only one soap. We had to specifically ask for the dental kit.

The rooms were in poor condition, with a lot of noise coming from outside and neighboring rooms. Reception staff were very unprofessional. The pool was always noisy with children, despite the rule that under-6s are not allowed in the main pool. The food selection was very limited

everything was perfect, we have already been 2 times and we will definitely go again. the food was very good, the drinks too, the bartenders are very good at what they do, and the entertainment team made sure we had an unforgettable experience. lots of games and activities, shows, you can't get bored. everyone who works there is wow! I can't wait to go back there🥳

This is the first time I have been to this hotel and the staff are amazing, very welcoming. The entertainment staff are incredible Onur is very talkative and welcoming considering this is my first time coming here. Everyone here has made my trip worth coming again
