I've been vacationing there for 3 years now.
I really like the hotel:
- friendly staff
- clean area
- excellent choice of dishes in the restaurant
- decent music parties
It's better to take rooms with mountain views 😵💫

Especially foreign employees have a very low customer service quality, they have difficulty in understanding what we say and what we want. Staff in food services are insufficient and their energy is low. One should not expect much in animations, especially music. There is no price performance to get such a high score.

The hotel is an amazing place for people who like to party, listen to loud music, eat lots of food, and have unlimited alcohol during vacation. If you like to have a calm and quiet time, this place is not for that. Since I'm not into any of activities that I mentioned at the beginning, for me it was not so many options. The territory of the hotel is very small, so there was no place to walk, meditate, or just read a book under the tree. And the HUGE minus for me was loud music all the time. They played it until late at night, so I had almost no sleep. If you are into the party - go for it! If you are into peaceful rest - better not to.

I loved this hotel , it was set in beautiful surroundings, the mountains and the sea. The staff were really friendly and the food was the best I've had at an all inclusive. You must try the patisserie cakes! We love this place so much we are planning on returning in November. If you are going to kemer I would recommend uber rather than taxi from hotel which was quite pricey. Can't wait to return!

The only problem was internet. It would be better to have stronger signal on beach and some other areas of hotel, except lobby and rooms. And a little unconvinience was, that we could not have late check-out. We have flight at night and have no room the whole day. Maybe the administration of the hotel will consider this issue for the next time. Thank you so much for let us having good rest ＜3

We had a fantastic time overall but it was difficult to sleep with the extremely loud music on the pier every night till past midnight. Seafront rooms are particularly bad for this but even the rooms at the front of the hotel suffer.

Only drunk Russians in the hotel. Cold food in the food court. Dirty room expecialy bathroom. Loose lights and noisy fridge. Housekeeping didn't clean the room properly every time unless you give him a 5 euros tip. Terrible room location. We booked the hotel nine months in advance and got the worst room. Only drunk and aggressive Russians in hotel. Never come back again

My husband and I enjoy traveling seasonally. We recently transitioned from a lovely, luxurious hotel in Istanbul to Correndon, where we were quite disappointed with the supposed 5-star experience. The bed sheets and duvet didn't properly fit the bed, the food in the food court was consistently served cold, even the warm drinks from the patisserie were cold, and the staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping services left much to be desired, with both the bathroom and bedroom barely cleaned. The quality of the food and fruits was minimal, and even the chef's omelettes during breakfast were runny despite our requests for them to be well done; it seemed they struggled to understand English. Overall, it was a truly dissatisfying experience.
