The hotel left a very pleasant impression. Yes, check-in is strictly after 14:00 - and with an early check-in, all hotel services can be used before receiving a room. We traveled by car and stayed for only one day to chat with friends who came to Nirvana for 9 days. There is a huge parking lot with awnings from the sun for cars, check-in and check-out is free, without any parking tickets or cards. The reception assistant connected wi-fi, explained where everything is. We did not go to the ala carte restaurants, but the main restaurant also has very decent cuisine, an abundance of cheeses, fish, grilled dishes, delicious fruits and desserts. The children really appreciated the shrimp on skewers and the Starbucks coffee shop right on the premises. For lovers of elite alcohol, there is also where to roam - a large selection of single malt whiskeys, including aged ones, delicious cocktails from original ingredients, beautiful presentation. The hotel was completely full at the time of our visit (09/26/2024), but there were no queues anywhere, there were free sun loungers, free seats in the restaurant at any time. The territory itself is not just well-groomed, but "licked", so clean and beautiful, not a single dried flower, all blades of grass are the same height. Regarding the rooms - we took a standard for a day, but even in it a family of 4 was comfortable - the room is spacious, one huge double bed, a single and a folding chair for a child (theoretically it will fit an adult in size, but 4 adults are not accommodated in standards anyway). We left after 19:00 (the room was handed over as expected at 12:00), no extra charges were taken from us for late check-out. The vacation was simply luxurious, thanks to the hotel team!

Единственное, что классно это питание! Там да, на 5 баллов!!! Но все остальное - сервис полное дно:
1) на баре если заказать коктейль вам сделают такую барматуху и только если сказать оригинальный напиток, то сделаю дай бог! Либо откажут...
2) спокойно погулять по территории вы с ребёнком не сможете - по дорожкам гоняют электрокар с персоналом (подвоз белья, вывоз мусора и тд)
3) детский клуб - ох лучше бы его не было! В отеле есть ещё и отель для собак, так вот мне кажется администрация перепутала детей и собак... в детском клубе есть два типа браслетов - красный (ребёнок может быть только внутри помещения, при этом ребёнком никто не занимается (дают лего и мол давай как нибудь сам)) и зелёный браслет, который позволяет ребенку выходить ещё и на площадку клуба НО! НИКТО НА ПЛОЩАДКЕ С РЕБЕНКОМ НЕ БУДЕТ! ЕСЛИ ВДРУГ РЕБЕНОК УПАДЕТ С КАЧЕЛЕЙ, ТО НИКТО ЭТОГО И НЕ ЗАМКТИТ!!!
4) в номере не уходит вода... есть плесень...

I would like to write a short review in advance as I’m eager to inform that the hotel is the best hotel ever for family stay. The best choice to find harmony and tranquility. Especially we are fond of cedar houses that provide calm and cosy rest. As this is our 6th visit (we are coming on the 5th July) hope to be in touch with the best assisstants Batuhan and Hatice who made our last visit amazing. As we consider ourselves the demanding guests, they fulfilled all our wishes.

Hello, we resorted your hotel. For general i want to say that the service was the best in Antalya. We already stayed few 5 star antalya hotels and I can easilly say that they have the most patient and relevant walters. Especially in the main dinner hall (Samsara Ala Carte) there are weiter and weiteres that i wanna thank some of the waiters to their services, relevant and kind personalities. I am pleasure to get service from (Berivan, Osman, Umit, Ozgur, Ozgr and their chef Yunus). Thank you for everythink that you gave us. We will definetely come next year with our family and I will also bring my friends and their families. For now, goodbye Nirvana…

I visited the hotel in early June. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids. This place has everything one could hope for, so there is no need to step outside the Hotel. It is about 1 hr. taxi ride to the airport (75€ one way), we used hotels transportation (170€... for a nice van, so we could fit into a single vehicle which was important to us). Using 2 taxis both ways would have been way more expensive. I agree with what other people are saying about the hotel, the grounds, food and service...all excellent. I try to think of other tips that could be useful to know: Our superior rooms were in the main restaurant building, this is a good location to be since its very close to main pool, breakfast buffet and piers. Water slides are open 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00. About the ála carte restaurants with extra charge... we visited several of the and my favorite is definitely the Bosporus, the views are amazing and its on the cheap side (15€/person) highly recommended! Volume level in the evening shows can be a bit much, which is quite normal I quess. We have visited at least a dozen of nice resorts in the last 15 years and hardly ever we consider going back to one that we have been to. Usually we always want to see a new place... this time we are seriously considering going back next year with some friends. Our timing before mid June was perfect, the schools are still closed in most of the countries, so it was quiet, and it was not too hot yet for us from the north (Finland). Also, special thanks to Mr. Levent, the quest relations manager, for taking such a good care of us when we needed his help. Thank you!
