Me and my girlfriend been here for 1 week. This have been awful. Same food every day, rice and chicken. They have no drinks just awful beer and wine and some soda. No cleaning in the rooms. And nobody can speak english, only manager. Ants and bugs on the room, very dirty rooms. No service at all. They have 1 pool and very little place. Only one bar, and of course only pepsi beer and awful wine. I will not say this is all inclusive. Every 3 star hotel ive been on before has been better. DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL REGRET. If im nice i would rate this hotel 2 stars.

Tüm tatil sitelerinde nasıl yer aldığını anlayamadım. Ne resimlerle ne de hizmet ve olanaklarıyla uyuşmuyor. Temizlik ve hijyen sıfır. Heryer pislik içinde . İçecek bile olmayan bir otel. Müdürlük ve UKALA lığı birbirine karıştıran bir yöneticiye sahip. Herkesi çileden çıkaran bir pesepsiyon görevlisi var. Herşey dahil konseptiyle giriş yapıyorsunuz ama HİÇ BİR ŞEY YOK. Fazla bir beklentimiz olmadan gittiğimiz halde yaşadığımız hayal kırıklığını anlatamam. Her gelenin kaçtığı veya en fazla 1 gün dayandığı bir otel. 3 lü daltonlar gibi gezip hiçbir müşterisine günaydın veya iyi tatiller demeyi geçtim selam bile vermekten aciz yöneticilerin elinde olan otelden ne bekleyebilirsiniz ki. Antalya sıcağında buz makinasi dan geçtim buzdolabı olamayan bir barı var. Daha yazamadığım bir sürü olumsuzluk... kesinlikle iptal edin.

Do not ignore the review 🫤 Monna Roza hotel is the worst thing that happened to my life. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars (not even one star), the rooms are very dirty (the bed is not changed, the toilets are not washed) there is no hot water at all, the elevator does not work and you pick up the suitcases yourself and the cherry on the cake is food. Food - there was almost no food, water from the cooler tasted of bleach. (rice, beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon and melon) Pool without umbrellas !!!! As for the sea, beach no for this hotel and no one sells a sun lounger and an umbrella on the beach (when they hear from which hotel they look at tourists with regret) If it was possible to put a zero rating, we would do it. children and bathed from a bucket and heated water !!!!Please do not book this hotel!
