In general, activity suits tastes, everyone will find something to do. Special thanks to the Receptionist Abdul, who listened to us, took into account our wishes and found a wonderful room in the new building. A beach front hotel with an alpine feel due to the close proximity of the mountains and the many pine trees within the grounds. All the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. The hotel felt like it was being constantly cleaned not quite sure how they manage to keep such a big hotel and grounds so clean. Food was good but not all restaurants were all inclusive so check first. Bar yanındaki havuz temiz ve çok büyük biraz kalabalık oluyor, aynı büyüklükte hemen yanındaki havuz ise sanırım bara çok yakın olmadığı için tam kafa dinlemelik. Otel kalabalık ama tesis içerisinde kullanılabilecek o kadar çok alan var ki hiç anlaşılmıyor.Barmen ve garsonlar güler yüzlü ve canayakın. Aralarda bir iki tane suratsız çıkabiliyor ama bu kadar insanla uğraşmanın bedeli olur o kadar. Özellikle havlu standındaki çocuk ve havluları toplayan beyefendi çok kibar. Samimi ama lakayt değiller. Yemekler genel olarak güzel arada kurumuş pilav veya pişmemiş barbunya gibi kaçaklar oluyor tabi. Oda havalandırmasını beğenmedim istediğiniz kadar düşürün anca 24dereceye kadar soğutuyor buda Antalya gibi bir yer için hiç iyi değil aynı şekilde odadaki mini bar içecekleri sadece ılıtıyor soğutma fonksiyonu yok. Odanın iç dizaynı şık ama eski. Böyle mükemmel bir otelde daha modern ve yeni bir dizayn olmalı bence. Yine de odada çok zaman harcamadığımız için göze çok batmıyor. (gardolap kapaklarının bakıma sokulması şart tabi) Bedenen çalışan biriyseniz spaya kesinlikle gidin. Bir çok şehirde dünya çapında ünlü otelde Tayland Somali Rus vb bir çok alanında uzman kişiden masaj hizmeti aldım ama açık ara en iyisi buradaki Türk hanımlardı. Sadece masaj için bile bu otele gelebilirim. Akşam etkinlikleri oldukça güzel ve kesinlikle her kesime hitap ediyor. Çocuklar için olan eğlencelerde bile yetişkinler eğlenebilir. The Land Of Legends e servisleri var ücretsiz gidebiliyorsunuz. Güzel yer. Fiyatlar yüksek. Vip paket almazsanız sırada beklemek tüm gününüzü alır. Heryeri deneyimlemeye enerji yetmiyor. Özellikle çocuklar için tam bir ütopya. Biz tatile dinlenmek için geldiğimizden kesinlikle kendi otelimizi tercih ediyoruz. Legends te konaklamak yerine (kalabalık ve çok hareket insanı yoruyor) Sungate te kalıp bir günlüğüne gidip orayı görebilirsiniz. Hizmet sektöründe bir işletmeyi ayakta tutan her zaman çalışanları olmuştur bu açıdan baktığınızda bu otel bu kadroyla tatilinizden tamamen keyif almanızı sağlayan biryere dönüşüyor. Recently, my friends and I spent an unforgettable vacation at the Rixos Sungate hotel, and I can’t help but share our impressions. This hotel exceeded all our expectations and left us with the warmest memories. Hotel: From the very first glance, Rixos Sungate amazes with its beauty and scale. The hotel area is huge, well-groomed and surrounded by greenery. The architecture of the buildings fits harmoniously into the surrounding landscape, creating an atmosphere of comfort and luxury. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The view from the window to the sea and mountains is simply mesmerizing! Service: Service at the hotel is at the highest level. The staff is always friendly, responsive and ready to help in any situation. Check-in was quick and without problems, and any of our requests were fulfilled instantly. It feels like Rixos Sungate really cares about its guests. Food: The food deserves special praise. Restaurants offer a varied menu. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are a real gastronomic feast. I especially liked the themed dinners with dishes from different cuisines of the world. All dishes are fresh, tasty and beautifully presented. Entertainment and Shows: The entertainment program at the hotel is amazing! Every day there are interesting events for adults and children. We enjoyed visiting the water park, participating in sports competitions and enjoying the evening show programs. I especially liked the “aMAYzing fest,” where popular artists performed and the most incredible show of our entire vacation was the performance of a symphony orchestra! In general, our holiday at Rixos Sungate turned into a real adventure, full of vivid impressions and pleasure. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in an atmosphere of comfort, luxury and fun. We will definitely come back here again!

I had the best experience here,the sports staff of the hotel were very friendly and lovely,especially @diana___lebedeva @kingkuvuku @111albert @grigoricambur @olgaalessandri .everything was great. This was the best trip for us, thanks to Amir Reza who was Guest relation agent for iranian and made the trip more enjoyable for us.

If you want to have a dream stay, choose only this hotel. Very beautiful environment, well-equipped sports club, friendly staff, excellent programs, very good quality and variety of food, excellent hotel services. Do not hesitate to choose this hotel

While this was a business trip, we still had our youngest (6) in tow, so we decided to choose a hotel that could offer some entertainment for kids. The location of the complex is great: Directly at a long, mostly sandy beach, you will find several buildings (up to 8 floors) featuring all types of rooms from "small" (35-38m2) to suites and villas with over 200m2. Interspersed are several nice pools, and at this time of the year there is no competition for space either. The rooms are nice, some offer sea view, have spacious bathrooms and pleasant interior. Like the entire complex, including all outdoor areas, the rooms are kept nearly immaculately clean. Among the available activities are soccer, basketball, tennis, beach volleyball, fitness, and many more. The beach offers plenty of deckchairs and more luxurious versions such as small beach houses with their own fridge, etc. One of the highlights, however, is the water park and the kids' area around the corner: This is a place of its own - several small buildings next to each other, with a pool and water park for kids (!) in the centre. A lot of activities for the young ones, too: playground, painting, crafting, robotic technology, dancing, and so on, and so on. We are usually not people who like to leave their kids (in total 4 of them) in a hotel's kids' club, but in this case our girl asked herself because she was so fond of the opportunities - if your kid asks herself to go there, it must be a fab spot. There are activities for adults throughout the day as well, in the evening they usually offer some kind of show or concert. Food and drinks: plenty, and top quality. This place is not saving on food expenses, same for drinks. You do not get cheap wine, you can ask for all sorts of drinks and cocktails, and staff will usually go out of their way to make your wish come true. This goes for both restaurants in the main building as well as the many other locations that offer snacks and drinks during the day and in the evening. There are several à la carte restaurants as well, and of course a small shopping mall in the inner courtyard. This was one of the most pleasant trips, especially for our youngest girl (who easily travels 10+ times per year), so we will definitely come back again for more.
