Great experience for the whole family! Kids mini club was awesome, great break for the kids and the parents! The resort and the hotel was clean, food was good, staff super nice. The weather was perfect - lots of sun. Highly recommend and will come back again.

Upon arrival we checked in and we had booked a Junior Suite with see view with balcony or terrace. When we got to the room it was a Junior suite but had a mountain view and no balcony or terrace. I queried this with the porter whom called down to reception and they said they would change our room at 09:00hrs the next morning. I immediately got in touch with TUI and then they changed us to the correct suite with the terrace. However the following morning in the daylight workmen were erecting pagodas on the terraces using electric saws. Sawdust was everywhere, the whole terrace was covered in sawdust, and the floor in the bedroom. Also supposed to have a sea view, well squint and you miss it. You could only see a tiny bit in between the trees, so would not class this as a sea view. Spoke to Emire Guest Services who had the terrace and the room cleaned, she also booked us into the A La Carte restaurant and had a basket of fruit with wine sent to the room. Emire was very helpful. Apart from this issue we had a great holiday, staff are friendly, and I would like to thank Ikra in the Restaurant, she went out of her way for us and always welcomed us with a smile and a hug. Plenty of choice for food although sometimes it wasnt very warm. The bar staff were good especially Sinem who always ensured our glasses were full and was very friendly, always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we always had a drink. One big issue we had was the amount of cats in the Hotel, even in the restaurant. These are feral cats and guests were feeding them, which doesnt help with the problem. My wife is allergic to cats and comes out in a rash, runny nose and streaming eyes, so to us it was an huge issue. The cats would be sleeping on chairs and walking around in the restaurant and the staff didnt do anything to deter them. Would we return, the answer would be no.

A lovely holiday but some aspects let it down a bit. The actual place was lovely, the mountains, trees and sea were so beautiful and so was the hotel, it blended in nicely with its surroundings. The waiting staff were lovely, however at the beginning of our stay (a day before the summer season began), some barstaff were quite rude, I asked for a Pina colada and they sighed and rolled their eyes before saying ok, this happened twice with two different bartenders in two different bars. As I said the waiting staff in the main restaurant were lovely and very helpful. The rooms were really nice as well, however when we arrived at 2am, my brother and I were given the wrong room, a room with just a double bed. When telling this to the man at reception he said there were no more rooms but after my dad explained that we were siblings there was suddenly another room available? (There was another family behind us with the same issue) this new room was also not the one we had paid for, we paid for a sea view and this wasn't that, the man said that we could get our proper room the next day at 2pm. We went down at 2pm and they said come back at 3pm, we went back and they said come back at 3.30pm. My dad explained that this was getting ridiculous and the man behind the desk blamed it on the female cleaning staff not being 'strong enough', further saying that 'they are not strong like you or me', gesturing to my dad. This is unacceptable, using sexism as an excuse for them not giving us the right room. This was said right in front of me and my mum so god knows what they say when there are no women around. Despite this issue, the room (when we finally got it) was lovely, two big double beds and a nice big bathroom. The food looked lovely, but as vegetarians my brother and I struggled a bit, what we could have was lovely, especially the desserts! The entertainment for the most part was entertaining, one night they had Brazilian carnival dancers in which was very exciting. The rest were mainly bands which were decent. The cats were so cute! they roamed around the bars and restaurants and were very friendly. They added to the culture of the hotel, if you are going to Turkey there are going to be cats as they are government protected and vet checked, they love them! So if you are going , expect lots of cats :) The cleaning staff did a good job, refilled fridges and looked after the rooms well, however the only issue was that some days they knocked a bit early, we had them knocking at 8.45 one morning when we were trying to have a lie in. They were lovely and friendly though and if you asked for just 10 minutes they were more than happy to come back later. The TUI info was a bit sp**** as well, there wasn't much advertising for trips out or local info. Overall, despite the sexist and unfriendly reception staff (the main let down), the holiday was lovely and enjoyable, especially the Sunset bar which was right on the beach next to the sea.

I cannot fault this hotel. Amazing staff made the trip. The quality of food and drinks was fantastic and the hotel grounds were immaculate. Upgrade to the junior suite for a huge balcony. Sunrises are a must to see. Thank you Paloma Foresta team- we shall be back!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service. My partner is due to stay at this hotel and I wanted to book a room upgrade as a surprise for him. I provided the gates people with his name and booking dates but they didn’t understand my English so dialled me through to reception. After about 10 mins back and forward reception told me everyone was busy so I could not be seen. I asked when they would be free and was told ‘I don’t know ok bye’. I then asked the gates people when I could come back to speak with reception, I was told to come back in 2/3 weeks maybe one month!!!!! They saw from my wristband I was staying at gypsophilia (a neighbouring hotel) and clearly knew I would not return in a month. Before leaving I walked up to the barrier to take a picture of the hotel, the worker ran after me like I was some kind of criminal. Not good customer service, they did write down a number on paper but didn’t actually give it to me and I don’t have photographic memory. What a joke!

We stayed here for 9 nights and upgraded to a junior suite. Some points to note, both positive and negative: 1) the food is very repetitive (especially lunch and dinner), even the theme nights are just the same as any other night with a few dishes changed to meet that evening's theme. Most nights the theme was "international cuisine" which really means we've got a few international dishes on offer. 2) at the start of our holiday we could wait 10 to 15 minutes at lunch or dinner to be asked what you'd like to drink. The number of staff working in the restaurant seemed to increase from 1 May. We ended up getting our drinks at the bar and taking them into the restaurant or if you sit outside it seemed you got served quicker but it was difficult to get a table sometimes 3) the restaurant doesn't have many self service drinks. Only a few juices and hot drinks. I'm sure the hotel could save the use of so many plastic water bottles by having water stations across the hotel. 4) the hotel is very relaxing and is exactly what we were looking for 5) the evening entertainment of the Cuban Havana dancers was excellent and the pianist was brilliant 6) you can catch the Dolmus right outside the hotel to Kemer (across the road from the hotel for 35 TL each) or Antalya (the hotel side of the road for 60 TL each to the shopping centre and then another bus (bus 08) to the city centre). Kemer isn't very big but there's quite a few shops with fake goods and perfumes/aftershaves. There's a McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and subway by the marina. We had a drink at the deja vu restaurant and the staff were lovely. 7) if you walk left out of the hotel for about 10 to 15 minutes, there's a little row of shops selling fake goods and Turkish souvenirs. 8) the glasses in the room were never changed. There was no sink plug and I used an upside down glass to keep the water in the sink. It took a few days for the used mugs to be changed in our room. 9) the hotel was clean but my clean and the hotel's clean are two different things. E.g. There was the same spilled drink marks on the stairs for our entire stay, empty glasses and dirty plates can be left for hours in the same spot and aren't cleaned up. 10) we were 2 people with 2 balconies in our room and we had one chair. After seeing a cockroach crawling up the wall, I decided I'd just stay in our room. 11) during our stay, we had two cockroaches in our room - thank god my partner was there to get rid of them. 12) the bed in the room was really comfortable and our room was great. 13) you can grab water bottles from the fridge at the main pool area and the sunset bar when they're open. 14) the freezer at the sunset bar has ice lollies in which was ideal when it was hot 15) I booked our first a la carte restaurant when we checked in at 3am for the 6th day of our holiday - if we'd stayed here for 7 nights we would have only been able to eat at an a la carte restaurant once. We spoke to others who hadn't even been able to vi
