Horrible the rooms were not clean at all, air con was not working staff were rude nothing was all inclusive as u had to pay for Certan drinks at the bar no English food at all .Around the pool is a safety hazard for kids especially and when told someone the took a photo and left it there you also have to pay for English music if anything it’s false advertisement theses are some photos also if you have any issues with your room they just keep moving you I think that this hotel needs shut down and a new bigger renovation as it looks as if they have spent all there money on the reception and that’s it needs a good bigger clean as cleaners tend to steal or if not they don’t clean at all some of the staff are lovley

i would not recommend this hotel to any english due to the staff not knowing a word of english, the rooms are not what they are advertised to be. we arrived and had no shower in the room so they switched us to a different room and that shower was broken, the cleaners knock on your door once in the morning and if you don’t answer the door straight away they just let themselves into the room & they don’t restock toilet roll so we asked reception and due to them not knowing a word of english they gave us a piece of a receipt. the food was horrific flies all over the food and cooked in within the food, they do not do any other food options apart from turkish food so if you have fussy children or are a fussy eater i would not recommend this hotel. Wifi is also £10 per device and it sometimes dosent even work and is very slow.

STAY CLEAR Love holidays mis advertised/sold the hotel we stayed in, our room was full of mold, dirty, unhygienic, loose live wires, broken toilet flush, broken unsafe shower drain, room never cleaned nor fresh towels in a week (even tho we constanstantly complained and asked) wouldnt give anymore toilet roll, we had to take it ourselves from the lobby washrooms, the toilet was dirty with wee and toilet roll when we arrived, the restraunt well...the plates and all of 10 soup bowls chipped, once soup bowls was gone you had to have soup from a paper cup, food was cold every meal every day, no entertainment at all apart from bingo one night and that wasnt even in english, we arrived at 10.08pm after a long day travelling, we was thirsty and hungry, no bar no snack bar nothing open, no water in rooms , we had to venture out to the supermarket, only do beer and wine in small plastic flimsy cups, and if english they always say they have no coke just fanta and sprite..yet the amount of turkish, germans we seen with coke..they actally locked away it in fridge from us..NOT all inclusive NOT clean Wouldnt pass health and saftey/Trading standards, Zero star rating, LOVE HOLIDAYS lie, falsey advertise, do not do relevant checks on hotels..and after providing video/picture evidence think £27.00 in total is exceptable as a refund...QUICK enough to take your hard earned money but not interested in customer service and resolving their errors afterward...AVOID book with a proper company, I am taking this all the way with them and to a court of law now thats for sure
