The meal was terribly bad. No choice, not enough. Same desserts for 3 days 😩.
Location was good near to the sea,
Wifi was good.
Thai massagist girl was good.
They had no amenities. Just soap 😂. No shampoo, conditioner and lotion.
For drinks only tea and bad tasting 3 types of juice...

The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, everything was fine except for some staff. We would like to thank Jewellery, Emre Bey at the bar and other friends, the waiter and restaurant managers. Of course, deficiencies can happen everywhere, it is not appropriate for us to target a target or a staff, but we experienced disrespect and discomfort at some points, despite this, everything was fine thanks to the friends we mentioned. We have been at the hotel for a week, we were met by pleasant staff at the reception. The hotel has everything for a pleasant stay - air conditioning, clothes dryer, TVs, refrigerators, safe. The booking process for an all inclusive 5 day trip was simple via *******. We had to wait a little after the Checkin period for our rooms. The rooms were clean especially the bed sheets. Towels were missing but eventually came after asking twice. Food was a massive issue as nothing is labelled and when asking staff if things were vegetarian they just said yes, even when it wasn’t! Twice we ended up eating something that wasn’t vegetarian which we were very upset about. There was a lot of wasted food from the buffet, and if you don’t arrive early then most likely it won’t be refilled. I cut oranges to juice as there was a juicer there, the manager tried to charge me for it and snatched the oranges away. They don’t take any requests for vegetarian food. Most of the non food staff are friendly and helpful but I wouldn’t stay more than 2 days, however I wouldn’t go back there.
