I booked a room with two beds because I was going to use it with a friend.
Usually, the pictures and the actual place are different, so I didn't have high expectations.
But the room was bigger than I thought when I saw it in the pictures.👍👍
There was a dressing table and a small table under the bed, so it was useful when ordering late-night snacks.
The bathroom was also big, so I had a good and comfortable stay.
I had a great trip at a low price!!
I totally recommend it🙌

The hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the subway station, and there are many restaurants around. Parking is convenient, the front desk service is thoughtful and efficient, the room is clean and quiet, the facilities are also complete, and the cost performance is very high. Most importantly, smoking is allowed indoors. It was a very good stay experience.

I’m here for the exhibition at Kintex. It takes me around 11,000won one way to Kintex. The hotel room is not small, very clean and the view is excellent. The lady at front desk is helpful. The beef BBQ restaurant at 1st floor is good. There are many other restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I’ll come back with my dog since there are pet rooms available.

I was planning to go to the opposition party because I had work to do, and I booked a lodging at the nearest place.

We stayed here during the height of the Covid Quarantine in South Korea. We were quarantined here for our mandatory 7-day quarantine. We were scared to death, we got off the government bus that dropped us off here. Could not tell much because everything was walled off in plastic but let me say. We got to our room, and it was very nice. We had a beautiful view of the marina. We watched ducks and boats come in and out all day. The staff although many were government workers were more than helpful. We did not get to see any of the other parts of the hotel, but from the photos it looks amazing. I rate this place high because the room was amazing, an amazing bathroom. and the service was amazing although we never got to leave the room. I would love to come back here after Covid and visit this place on our own terms. I bet it is breathtaking. The people were so helpful and the food was very good.

It seems to be good for a staycation as there is a rooftop pool and a 3rd floor pool.
The front desk staff are also friendly and quick. I only used the hotel breakfast once because there were so many tour groups that I couldn't eat it leisurely.
There is a Hyundai Premium Outlet nearby, so if you need anything for shopping, you can use it... There is a shuttle bus that leaves every hour on the hour from the hotel, so it is convenient to use. (Does not run at 1 o'clock) Overall, I am satisfied. It's a hotel.

We loved our stay at the Urban-Est Hotel. Heading to the Waterbomb Festival for the weekend, the hotel’s convenient location, just 20 minutes away by taxi, was perfect for our plans. The surrounding area was nicer than we expected, with plenty of cool restaurants and little shops to explore. The 7-11 on the main floor connected to the hotel was an added convenience. The lobby was very nice, and everything was exceptionally clean and spacious, even the hallways.
We stayed in a family suite, which was immaculate and well-appointed. The shower was spacious and luxurious, and the toilet had a bidet, adding to the comfort. While I prefer a softer bed and found the bed a bit firm, it didn’t detract much from our overall experience. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would book the Urban-Est Hotel again.

It's a hard location to find without a car. There are a little convenience stores and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. The parking lot seems to be no problem with the second parking lot. You can't have a valet and park yourself. I don't think I'm running restaurants and breakfasts separately on weekends. There seems to be no cafe or bar in the hotel to use other things. Smoking is arranged separately in the corner of the parking lot and all indoors are non-smoking. There is a public toilet on the first floor. The counter staff is friendly. The cleanliness of the room is about 10% unfortunate. There is a cosmetic cotton on the floor that someone has used and thrown. It's not perfect but it's a poor management. Great for the price.

We came here for a staycation during the winter. It is located in a residential area next to the Han River. They have a sauna, fitness room, cafe, CU and golfing (extra cost). There is breakfast for a cost but never woke up in time to go. They also have a restaurant and BBQ area on the top.
The room we stayed in was a luxury room. A nice view of the Han River, jacuzzi tub, separate shower and toilet. It was warm, but I don’t think you can control it from the room. Kept cool by leaving the AC on or opening the window.
Overall, pleased with our stay at JK hotel. Would come back again.
Some workers at the front desk knows how to speak English.

It was nice to have a boiler.
But the room was too dry
I woke up the next morning, and my neck and nose were too dry, but I had a nose.
I think I need to pay more attention to humidity management. I hope there is a humidifier or rental service

1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.

Hotel Cleopatra certainly has the potential to be a very good hotel. What I really appreciated was it location in the middle of a shopping district. Right across Costco and close to Home Plus, Lotte Outlet, and other major stores. Also close to the metro station. Kintex is not within walking distance, but only four metro stops away. What I do not appreciate is the room. I was told that they do not have a non-smoking room. The room had matches and an ashtray on the table. There was a funny odor in the bathroom. The shower handle was leaky. Tobacco smoke caused headache. I had to ventilate the room for the whole time by keeping windows open. I tried not to stay in the room for a long time. To be fair, free water bottles and drinks were a nice gesture. TV had many channels. The staffs, who appeared to be a family, were all very kind. Given the price, it is certainly a good value.
