"We stayed in this hotel during the cold play live. The price grow very high during the live. The location of the hotel is very good. Room is big enough for me. And it's clean. It even has a balcony. The room doesn't provide one-time tooth brush, you have to buy it. We met some problems while using the selling machine in the first floor. We paid but got nothing. Luckly we went for the front desk for help and the staff solved the problem. The staff spoke English well."
"Pros: This is the best choice if you are going Kintex.
Many restaurants, convenience stores around the hotel.
Many group tourists and it’s 10000% pet friendly.
Cons: not near to any metro. Need to walk around 15 mins to nearest metro.
But if you coming for business, you may want to stay here."
"The facilities were nice, and the staff were friendly. However, the bathroom floor is made of marble, so be careful because it's slippery. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything else, and I'd love to visit again next time I'm in the area."
"The hotel is good and a good value for money compared to the others. Very clean and everything works accordingly. The location is a bit remote but not a deal breaker….However, the hotel staff are definitely a deal breaker as they are very stingy and self-centered. I made a mistake and double-booked an extra room on the same day and pleaded with them to amend that, but they didn't….not only that, check-in is after 3 pm, but they start calling you at 11:30 a.m. the next day to check out and wants to squeeze more money out of you for as much as possible. The staff are low scum and I will never step foot in Wongheung again."
"This place is perfect for families and group travelling. It is very reasonable price and friendly customer service. Location is a bit of walk from Pungsan station if you don't have a car. Big luggages could be difficult under the heat."
"The Sintra Hotel is a small hotel. It is rather dated with worn out finishes and is definitely a lower end hotel. I would not stay there normally but the location is excellent as it is near Goyang Stadium. For one night is was serviceable. The attendants provided excellent service. They were kind, professional, and helpful."
"Came to Gaoyang to watch a concert so I booked this room
The location is excellent, very close to Exit 2 of Shiroishi Station on Line 3, about 3-5 minutes walk
The hotel itself is more of a business hotel, even a bit like a motel in Taiwan. The room is clean enough. The toilet and bathroom are separate. There is a large bathtub in the bathroom, but there are marks on it that cannot be brushed off. You can consider whether to take a bath or not. XD
But the most serious drawback is the smell of cigarettes, especially in the toilet. But because the price is very cheap, it is relatively acceptable. People who are sensitive to cigarette smells should pay special attention. If you come to stay here, it is recommended that you bring your own air spray.
There are convenience stores nearby, as well as Lotte Duty Free and Home Plus. You can also find food. Although it is not as desolate as the city, it is not as desolate as you might imagine.
Another inconvenience is that there is no space for clothes in the bathroom. Friends who live together should remind each other.
Another minor drawback is that there are not enough plugs, but since this is not a hotel designed to accommodate tourists, I think it is okay.
The counter staff seemed to be there 24 hours a day and were very polite when asking questions.
The last advantage is that there is an airport bus stop near the hotel. The 3300 line goes to Incheon Airport. It takes about five minutes to walk to the bus stop, which is convenient for flash mob fans."
"hotel was near daehwa station exit 5, had many food stores that were open till late and convenience stores nearby. Good location if you are attending a concert in goyang stadium, around 5-15 mins walk (depending on entry gate). Room is spacious and all basic amenities were provided, bottled water is given everyday.
pretty clean except that furnitures are pretty old, can hear noise from the corridor and no peephole. Had the experience of a stranger banging and pressing the room doorbell and had to open the door to inform them that they were at the wrong room.
Receptionist does not understand much english but is friendly and will use hand gestures or still try to understand your needs."

Great
GGuest UserIt was on the 7th floor of a shopping mall, so I wondered if this was the right place, but the facilities were clean and spacious. I was tired after going to a concert, so it was even better because it was near the station. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby, so it was convenient. There were also two computers, so it would be good for couples or friends to come. I intend to use it next time!!
GGuest UserThe staff were all very kind and nice. However, the interior of the hotel was quite old, which was disappointing. It's a very convenient location, with a convenience store on the first floor and a Daiso on the basement floor, just a short walk from the station. I would like to stay here again once the interior is renovated, as the location is convenient. The area is rural, but there are many restaurants and cafes, and it seems quite prosperous.
OOnyangoA charming, cozy little old hotel run by the loveliest couple. They still write the guest list by hand—how beautiful is that? In November, they even provided a bed warmer, which was perfect for someone like me who’s always cold. They took the time to personally show me how to operate the TV and made sure everything was perfect. I’ll definitely visit again!
ゆゆうみん1013There was a live performance at Koyan Stadium and I stayed alone.
Check-in was early and check-out time was late. In addition, there were plenty of restaurants, take-out shops, and convenience stores around, and it was convenient to go home immediately because the live was over at the stadium.
I would like to use it next time if I have the opportunity!
I stayed alone, but even two people were large enough.
SsushimohanWhilst the cleanliness of the room and especially the toilet was good considering the type of hotel it is, my biggest issue was the sockets.
I understand that Korea uses a different type of socket. I had my travel adapters handy. But the sockets were so old that
1) my adapter couldn't be plugged in tightly. So it was always loose and sometimes would even fall off.
2) it was super slow charging!
They had provided a cable with multiple chargers that was attached to an electrical supply. But the typeC wouldn't work. That cable was useless.
With the one socket that would actually charge at a decent pace, I had to interchange over the night amongst my 2 handphones, power bank and WiFi router.
AAnonymous UserWe would like to attend the exhibition at Kintex
1.location, a little bit difficult to find because there is no sign of the hotel and the name is different. The name of the hotel on Trip.com should be the name of the hotel. It is a ”Grand Motel” and we couldn't find the entrance easily. The local people were kind and tried to help us find the entrance. Ohhh. The hotel is inside the building and the hotel is on the 10th floor only.
2. The cleanliness was good. The reception was friendly and helpful. He supported us everything.
3. The facilities were good. This is Korea, the land of beauty. The hotel cares about the beauty, there were facilities for beauty in the room.
4. It is near bus stops and subway. It was really convenient for us.
5. There were some great restaurants there. We stayed there for 6 nights but we went to a BBQ restaurant 3 times, the owners were super kind to us and served good service with a smile everyday. Lovely restaurant.
6. There were some super markets where I could find fresh fruit, vegetables, coffee, bakery and also convenient shops everywhere.
7. Even at nignt, the vibes were safe
The location of the hotel is great but the entrance was difficult to find at the first time.
GGuest UserI had a good stay. I think I'll be using it often, but I didn't know the check-in time was 3 o'clock and it was set at 10 o'clock, so I was bored as I was killing time for a while. Please just correct the time.
NNique DHotel ie near to subway line 3 and bus line to incheon international airport.
There are a lot of rsstaurants around. but for halal travelers there are no halal options around.

SsarkarThe hotel is about 500 meters from the KINTEX Pavilion and walks for up to 10 minutes.
The front desk of the hotel is a family, young can speak English, and there are two lazy sheep at the front desk.
Downstairs is the Dahuadi Station of Metro Line 3, and it takes about 40 minutes to go to Seoul for shopping and subway change.
There are restaurants around the hotel, there are liveyong stores, there are seveneleven, fruit shops
10 minutes walk to Lotte Supermarket
