地理位置方便，在花井站3/4號出口走大概10分鐘就到，酒店在馬路邊很容易找到。衛生情況良好，只是床單被鋪會略微有點舊，建議自備一次性床單和枕頭套。

The location is convenient. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Exit 3/4 of Huajing Station. The hotel is easy to find on the roadside. The sanitary condition is good, but the sheets and quilts are a bit old. It is recommended to bring your own disposable sheets and pillowcases.

老闆是中國退休幹部，待人很親切，也幫我解決問題，非常好的體驗。

The boss is a retired Chinese cadre. He is very friendly and helps me solve problems. It is a very good experience.

日本語可能な方はいませんでしたが、受付の方気さくでした。モーテルだからかホテルの人と関わることも少ないので変に気を使わず良かったです。部屋も綺麗でしたし、ネットフリックスも見れます。ただ窓が少ししか開かないのと、開けても景色は良くないです。近くにご飯屋さんやカフェもいくつかありましたし、散歩するのも楽しそうです。

There was no one who could speak Japanese, but the receptionist was friendly. Maybe because it's a motel, I don't have much to do with people at the hotel, so I didn't have to worry about it. The room was clean and you can watch netflix. The window only opens a little and the view is not good even if it is opened. There were some restaurants and cafes nearby, so it would be fun to take a walk.

The room was beautiful and you can see the Netflix. However, the window is only a little open, and the view is not good even if it opens. There were some rice shops and cafes nearby, and it seems to be fun to walk.
