The staff were really nice and welcoming. I chose this place because I had a last minute trip to Ilsan for an exhibition at KINTEX. It's a 15 minute walk to KINTEX so location-wise, it's perfect. However, this is not a hotel. It's a motel. Although I chose a non-smoking room, there is a non-stop smell of cigarettes that seeps into the room. There were questionable strands of hair everywhere, despite "daily" cleaning services.

It looks like a hotel that was remodeled from a motel.
I was surprised by the room facilities on the first day. I've been to many business hotels,
but it seems like they replaced the room and TV in an old motel.
The towels that were there on the first day were great. They had holes and were tattered., but they weren't like that the next day.. lol
It's good because you can walk to KINTEX exhibition.
You can drink freely at the first floor entrance.
The front desk staff is always on duty.

This is the accommodation we visited on a group business trip to KINTEX. It is very clean, the valet parking is very friendly, and the lighting is bright and nice.^^

Very bad, don't stay here, it's definitely a motel! The white floor is so black that it can't be cleaned, there are peeling facilities everywhere, the air conditioner doesn't work, you have to use the heater, it's just a motel converted, don't stay here, it's not a hotel, it's a hostel

It's clean.
I was surprised that there were no windows, but it was more comfortable and I fell asleep easily.

The facilities are old and there is a smell in the room, but the service staff is quite friendly. I booked it because it was convenient for watching a concert. I will stay directly in Seoul next time.

Clean and sanitary. Good location. Near the subway entrance. There are shops nearby. Convenient for eating. It is within a 15-minute walk from KINTEX Exhibition Center. There is a delicious bakery nearby. There are many coffee shops.
