I ordered a non-smoking room, I already paid in advance. Only when I checked in was I informed that there were no non-smoking rooms available, when I asked to be given another room, instead I was asked for an additional fee because it was a different type of room.

We stayed 5 nights. The room had a comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent air-conditioning. Tasty breakfast.. Staff were friendly. The only downside were the bathroom tiles which were slippery when wet.

I was so happy when I stay at this hotel. I enjoy every facilites that I got. I got the room at the 16th floor it was really comfort and also I can see the city view of Makassar that was so incredible, also I very enjoyed the service when the Room Attendant clean the room . Oh yeah, I almost forgot, I'm very excited when I take my breakfast at the Canting Restaurant because the concept is Traditional food which suits my taste. Thank you so much for every staff of Teraskita Hotel Makassar It was a very nice experiment that I've ever feel.

It is my first time to came in teraskita Hotel Makassar managed by DAFAM, and my first impression really amazed me. The atmosphere, all staff, and the place is really great. I Come to this hotel for my company meeting. When i landed in the meeting room. I am really happy because the room is really clean and neat. The rooms facility is really completed. And the staff who stayed in meeting room is really neat and polite with guest. We are really enjoy our meeting here. Luch time is coming, the look of the food really beautiful and delicious taste. Of course the staff in restaurant is really polite. I am really shocked and interested. Lets enjoy our vacation at Teraskita Hotel Makassar managed by DAFAM.
