Wonderful hotel,the rooms are basic but everything you need is there,fridge and kettle we had a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely and clean and hardly used ,breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice,cleaning of the room every day if you wanted,this hotel was absolutely perfect and would definitely return,2 minutes walk to the pebbley beach plenty of restaurants in the area we ate at the friendly Greek restaurant opposite the hotel 4 times,bus just around the corner going to Corfu town,Gouvia was wonderful and special thanks to Spirros super friendly and gave my husband an ouzo to try lovely staff ,don’t hesitate to book this hotel

Well what can i say absolutely perfect stay at Louvre Hotel ,rooms are basic,but clean ,everything you need is provided,the breakfast has so much choice ,and constantly topped up with more fresh,beautiful clean pool which was never busy,plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep and a bus service literally just round the corner,dont hesitate this is a great place to stay,will definetley be returning

This is a small hotel right in the centre of Gouvia town. On arrival we tried to log into the WIFI but failed. It worked intermittently over the next few days until it was fixed two days before we left. The rooms are small but adequate, with a good sized balcony. The bathroom is a bit of a disaster. It's set up as a wet room but it's too small. when the shower is used the toilet and entire bathroom floor get drenched and take a long time to dry out. The pool area out the back is great. it's usually quiet and the water is lovely. No shortage of sunbeds either. The breakfast is good also. It's a buffet with plenty of cold choices and a few cooked choices which were generally good. The location of the hotel is excellent. One minute walk to the beach .Two minute walk to the bus stop which will allow you to travel in to Corfu town in about 15 minutes. The busses can get very crowded so be prepared to stand, especially on the journey out of Corfu. The hotel staff are excellent, and really friendly.

What a lovely hotel right in the heart of Gouvia with everything on your doorstep. The hotel is small and friendly all public spaces are kept spotlessly clean and the pool area is a fantastic space to relax no fighting for sun beds here. Our room was fresh and modern the bathroom was a wet room that was more than adequate with constant hot water from the powerful shower, balcony was spacious ours overlooked the entrance great for people watching at night. Breakfast was more than we expected with a good choice of hot and cold tasty dishes and always replenished. The staff were amazing very welcoming and accommodating from first thing in the morning to the last drink being served at night the bar prices are good too. This was our fist land based European holiday for many years so we were a little anxious but this hotel has made us rethink future holidays and we are already looking at returning next year but for a longer stay .

very nice hotel lovely and clean staff very welcoming. pool area likewise , the breakfast was more then adequate with something for everyone . rooms a decent size with large balcony , tv , enough storage . bathroom a little compact and shower a bit difficult to negotiate due to the lack off a door . plenty of plug sockets and free wi. fi. only complaint was the noise on a night due to youngsters coming in and clearly no disregard for people sleeping . i might add they were groups of young italian lads

A lovely hotel right in the centre of Govia it has a large terrace bar at the front and has numerous restaurants and bars to both sides,the beach is a few minutes walk away . Our room 122 was overlooking the pool area it was a nice size with plenty of storage and modern air conditioning which was included, the bathroom is on the small size but adequate the shower was nice and powerful with constant hot water all you need for a holiday,it was very clean and was cleaned daily with fresh towels if needed. All the staff are an absolute credit to the hotel always greeting you with a smile and friendly greeting or chat. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of hot and cold food and was fresh and delicious. Overall a great hotel with lovely staff .

Quite a modern hotel for Corfu! Nice large room & balcony. Bathroom lovely and modern but has no door or curtain, so the floor gets soaked! Good air-conditioning. Breakfast was just ok and plentiful. Bar closes at 11pm, which is weird for a hotel in the middle of a resort? Nice smallish pool. Overall a nice stay.

Just back from 4 nights at Louvre hotel and what a great hotel it is. A small basic hotel but everything you need. Rooms are more than adequate with large wardrobe, mini fridge, dressing table, balcony, safe, air con. Pool area is very inviting and plenty of sun loungers. Buffet breakfast is excellent, continental with cereal, pastries, toast, cheese, meats, yogurt and fruit as well as hot, bacon, eggs, sausage, tea, coffee and juice. Hotel has a great atmosphere and staff very friendly, always happy to help and very clean everywhere. Plenty of bars and restaurants and 2 minutes from beach. Taxi rank within 3 minutes walk. Would definitely return
