When we first arrived at the hotel on the road we did struggle to find reception, as we had to walk up the garden area but we found it in the end. As soon as we got there the staff member on the reception desk was ever so lovely & helped us with our luggage up to our room & showed us a few things. The view we had wasn't the best (Not hotels fault, that was holiday provider for changing my room) but the sea & mountains made up for that a bit. Staff wise, everyone was amazing, restaurant bar staff & one gentleman in particular was 10 stars alone, he was absolutely brilliant, didn't catch his name but he was amazing. Pool bar staff again were amazing & so was all of the reception staff & the lovely blonde lady going around talking to all of the visitors there (honestly ive never experienced that at a hotel) & the house keeper we had was brilliant & kept our room to an amazing standard. The food was amazing, so compliments to the chefs who done an amazing job cooking all that food. Downside we had, was the WiFi wasn't great at all inclusive our room we really struggled & another down side also was the fridge as shelves were broken, things kept falling out & a suggestion would be also to provide 2 key cards so room & fridge could be kept on so things didn't get too warm when you walked in & opened fridge. The pool area itself, shame that the pool wasn't massive, especially with the loungers around it, & because everyone just kept their stuff on & around it we didn't enjoy any time on the loungers but we did mamage to have a little dip in the shallow pool. Which is a shame, that is the only other down side to that.
