The manor is located on the banks of the Douro River, with beautiful scenery, and every corner is a good place to enjoy the river view. The guest rooms and facilities are built according to the terrain, which is even more beautiful. Whether it is the service staff or the room, I feel comfortable. I look forward to the opportunity to visit again.

Absolutely beautiful location close to the river and surrounded by spectacular vineyards and soaring mountains. Gorgeous vistas, flowers and birds everywhere and a truly lovely restaurant. Room was beautifully appointed. Extremely restful

OMGosh this is the prettiest hotel. Right on the Douro River. Every nook is a surprise. All the rooms are slightly different so choose wisely and be specific. We had a wonderful dinner in the the restaurant. All the food was very good, just be aware if you have food restrictions etc. as "no dairy/milk" seems to be get confused. Just ask to speak to someone who knows as they actually pride themselves on being able to accomodate Gluten and Dairy free . Having said this, the breakfast is super nicely done. You will not be dissappointed.

The rooms are lovely with great views of the Douro. We did the tour of the cellars and tasting with the wonderful Patricia.It would have been nice to have comfy chairs by the windows n the room for the price paid tho.
The restaurant is overpriced and was a big disappointment for the price paid. If you order starters, main, dessert and wine, expect to pay close to €200 a couple which is ridiculous. Cost of wine is triple what the retail price is which prohibited us from trying it. Seems like an odd decision by management when they should be promoting their products at a lesser mark up.
Dinner experience tainted an otherwise nice stay. There is nothing to do in Pinhao aside from the boat tour also.

Pictures of the property in ******* does not make justice of the beautiful place and surroundings. All rooms face the amazing Douro River. Waking up and opening the windows for the sun to come in with the river view was priceless. The nights are so peaceful and quiet. Friends and families stayed with us and loved as well. Strongly recommended if staying overnight in Pinhão - Douro Valley

Stayed for 3 nights and it was ok. Personal was friendly. The restaurant was quite expensive for the offered menu and I find it strange that we needed to pay an extra 50 euros for a wine trip I the same bodega.
