It was a lovely stay with very clean rooms. The hotel has great potential as it is spaceous, very well situated and has a beautiful scenery. The young hotel manager and his wife were really helpful as they gave us indications on where to go and what to visit. The staff was kind overall and the service was exceptional. Nevertheless, one of the staff members, who seemed to be the head waiter, seemed really drunk and yelled impatiently and made rude faces at the clients who hadn’t finished their food. Overall, I would recommend staying there if you are visting the region as it is well worth it for the price and what it offers.

Lovely stay and wonderful location. The hotel was nice and clean, and the beds were very confortable. In general the staff were very kind and friendly, except the head waiter, who seemed drunk and was extremely rude.

Liked - 1. Building is pretty. Disliked · This hotel could be so much more, examples ... 1. A beautiful courtyard where umbrellas were never raised in the blazing sun, and where waiters or menus were never seen. what a waste! 2. Food was underwhelming, especially breakfast. 3. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, but a horrible dispenser downstairs. Coffee undrinkable 4. No mini fridge in the room, but a small chest freezer downstairs??? 5. Swimming pool is NOT heated, unless you consider the sun on it 6. The swimming pool is used by the local population drifting in, and we even had a morning where it was full of classes of local ladies doing exercises. Hilarious! 7. Situated in an area that does not really cater for other eating ideas. The couple of restaurants in the village not enticing. Not much in the village to be honest

Very comfortable 'superior' room with a large bed and a large bathroom. Welcoming staff Full breakfast served over a wide time slot Dinner offered on site with a unique menu but must be reserved as the number of places is very limited. Food quite simple but good and plentiful. In addition, the location is really right in the middle of the Luberon, less than 1/2 hour from the main tourist sites.

Very spacious and clean room, sanitary facilities ok, dust ok, very comfortable bedding, air-conditioned room..... and very well soundproofed. Meal of very good quality and well presented. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Superb terrace and very nice swimming pool. I recommend this Ets very good bills! And very calm for rest!

I came to spend a romantic weekend for our 1 year anniversary, at the Hôtellerie Notre Dame de Lumière. Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the departure, the team really takes care! We had the pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a very spacious room, special mention for the impeccable cleanliness! Finally, during our meal, we had the chance to chat with the new director and his assistant (Anthony and Adeline), who both seem to me to be full of great ideas for fully exploiting the potential of this rough diamond that is waiting to happen. just be polite!

The new management team is bringing a breath of modernity to this very, very sleeping beauty. Currently, the quality/price ratio is unbeatable for the region and I am sure it will remain so. The strong points are of course: the places, a magnificent park, an exceptional swimming pool with room for children and quiet little corners... and deckchairs for everyone. The rooms are more than adequate and very clean. The big weak point is the catering, with menus from another age... with a lot of frozen products. The servers are nice and smiling but absolutely not professional. The breakfast is average for a 3 star but nothing more... The best would also be a lunch board service near the swimming pool, with cold drinks... and ice cream!! 😋 We wish the new management team great success and thank you for your smile 😃 and your listening.
