Abbey Motel is indeed a fine motel. the room was well presented as it was throughout the complex, great location, easy stroll to the main street. 
However, it seems if a stay is booked through a travel website and not directly, a Two tiered service appears  
to apply. This likely means if busy a room with a connecting room separated by a door with resulting acoustics which I experienced. 
Although the motel didn't seem fully booked at the time.

陽台打開就有一間漂亮的教堂，然後隔壁的咖啡廳早餐吃了一個sausage roll 也很好吃，房間的空間也很大，服務人員也很親切

There is a beautiful church when the balcony opens, and I had a sausage roll for breakfast at the cafe next door. It was also delicious. The room was spacious and the service staff were very kind.

A fabulous stay at The Abbey, as soon as you enter the entrance you see the style of this Motel. A very modern and tastefully decorated reception area. The rooms are massive , beautifully furnished and have  a small kitchenette with ample crockery and cutlery,  a microwave,  bar fridge , toaster and kettle.  The rainfall shower head is great with good hot water and pressure. as well. In the room you will find a desk and chair and also a table and 2 chairs. Our king bed was comfortable,  it was a little too soft for me, but my husband had no concerns.  We would very happily stay here again. The staff had preset the air-conditioning so it was nice and cool when we arrived. The guy at Reception suggested we make a booking at the local hotel for dinner as it gets very busy. We were thankful for this tip!
