The hotel service was exceptional, the room was an example of cleanliness and the breakfast was a delight. The spa, an oasis of relaxation. The attention, unbeatable. Without a doubt, I will return.

The room is clean, the size is right, the toiletries are very useful, and there are slippers! The coffee machine tastes good and I drink it every day. There is a nearby Indian food restaurant that is quite delicious, and there is also a pizza shop and pasta shop that my friends said tasted good too, but I didn’t have time to try them. The hotel restaurant is almost regarded as the canteen of a friendly business company haha. It’s very convenient to take a car or a boat here. It’s free and you can go almost anywhere by changing to a bus in 5 minutes. The excellent Radisson Hotel is the most satisfying hotel in Europe. Gothenburg is beautiful and worth experiencing. I will choose to stay here next time I come.

The hotel's location is right next to the central train station, which is very convenient. But the room has no windows and the air quality is average

Worst experience in a four star hotel ever. Especially their bar is abysmal. We never received any service when we went in the evenings.

The room was quite small, however, it was clean and comfortable. As an international traveler, it was annoying to get in touch with the front desk or housekeeping from my room as they didn't offer a telephone. I had to go down to reception every time I needed something. The food was terrible, one of the worst pasta I've had in my life. I highly recommend going elsewhere for dining.

Staff were very friendly and their English was impeccable which was good as sadly my Swedish is awful. Lovely, comfortable room and great selection of breakfast option's. Overall a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. ( who also pointed out that there was a free ferry across to the main town)
