The view of Mt. Fuji from the large window on one side of the room is really great. From Mt. Fuji under the moonlight to Mt. Fuji in the bright sunlight... You can see Mt. Fuji indefinitely while lying on the bed. The staff is also friendly, and some of them speak Korean, so I was able to communicate comfortably. There is a little dust in places that are not easily visible, but the cleanliness and bedding were generally good. The view from the lobby and hot springs was also really good. I felt that many of the guests were Chinese.

How about taking a moment to unwind from the noisy metropolis?
I didn't notice that this was a B&B when I made a reservation. It was a suite in the residential building. It was difficult to find without a prominent logo. Fortunately, I met a passionate Japanese who helped us find it. There is a KTV in the building, which is quite noisy at night.

This is a hotel on the court, all aspects are better than domestic five-star hotels, the room size is large, the quality of toiletries is very good, the design and layout of the hotel lobby and other public spaces are also very good! Unfortunately, I didn't make an appointment in advance, and I didn't eat the special dinner of the 25th anniversary event. I must develop the habit of making an appointment in advance when I go to Japan in the future. Playing on this stadium has always been at the foot of Mount Fuji, and the view and scenery are very beautiful!
Parking is very convenient
Opposite is Aeon Maxvalue, Daiso
There will be a lot of cleansing products for girls when they check in.
The double bed is small
The large bathing area is divided into men's and women's time slots. For girls, it is before 9:30 pm, and for boys, it is after 10 pm. The bathhouse is very small and can only accommodate about 5 to 6 people.
I was very satisfied with the accommodation, which was like a condominium-style villa.
I stayed here on a golf trip, but there are still many golf courses nearby that I would like to play at, so I would like to stay here again next time.
I look forward to staying with you again.
Woke up to stunning view of Mount Fuji! Hotel reception cannot speak good English but luckily one of them can speak mandarin. There is an in-house onsen. Pretty cool. Welcome alcoholic drink upon check in. But hotel is pretty far from train station and there is no proper pavement. Can be a bit scary to walk through the dark alleys alone at night.
It's about 15 minutes' walk from Gotemba to the hotel.
Check-in is at 3pm. You can't check in earlier, but you can store your luggage in advance. All the items you need can be taken on demand in the hotel lobby. The hotel has its own bathroom, and the girls will provide the password. The room is indeed quite small, but the hygiene is quite good. The breakfast is also quite delicious. Overall, I am quite satisfied.
A great transit hotel. There is Mount Fuji in front of the hotel. There is a station in front of the hotel with free buses to Gotemba Outlets. Gotemba Outlets is really good for shopping. The next day I went to the outlets and I could take a ride back to Gotemba Station.
You can go to the outlets in front of Mount Fuji and stroll around, because it is very convenient and cheap. There is also a soba noodle restaurant called Kintaro near the hotel. It is super delicious and many celebrities have been there. It will be there in a short while.
The waiters are very enthusiastic and attentive! The hotel has an open environment and feels like nature! I like the surrounding scenery very much!
But I still have a small comment: the check-in notification process is a bit cumbersome, and the notification is still oral. The air conditioner in the room is not good at heating, there is no heater, and the room is not warm enough. You need to cover yourself with clothes when sleeping at night. The plastic slippers were a bit dirty, there was no washing machine in the room, and the signs indicating the way to the room at night were not reflective or lighted up, so it took me a long time to find them. Only one towel is given for washing. Didn't you know that you need two towels for the night and the next day? The room lights cannot be adjusted and the brightness is not enough.

Outstanding
GGuest UserIt is what you can expect from a Dormy Inn : lots of freebies, a comfortable room and a bathhouse area with the bonus point of having a good Mount Fuji view especially if you get the rooms facing the right side.
The hotel's clearly geared for people who drive, there is two main carpark areas but it can get filled up quite quickly during peak holiday periods. The breakfast was sumptuous and excellent as expected from a Dormy Inn. There is a nice late night soba service and popsicles in the evening. Location wise, it is only a short drive away from the Gotemba Premium Outlets and some local sights. It is located next to Chichibunomiya Memorial Park with a former villa. The hotel is also pretty new.
LLawStaff are very nice. It’s very quiet in the environment, very pleasant stay.
Since we took bus at JR Gotemba, we called the hotel earlier for the pick up service. And unfortunately the bus was late, we could not meet the car anymore. We then asked the tourist information Ctr to call. ( tips to all tourists)
CChachaThe hotel is a 5-8 minute walk from the JR station and the outlet shuttle bus station. If you are dragging a suitcase, it will feel a bit far away, and there are not many restaurants nearby. But the hotel is very clean and you can see Mount Fuji.
SSin NyongThe hotel is not near amenities however it has an excellent view of Mount Fuji. The morning sun was already bright at 4:30 am, and Mount Fuji woke us up, with the magnificent appearance right from our room. The breakfast was top-notched, very appealing delicious, healthy and 5 stars. After breakfast I would recommend one goes to the reading room, it has a180 view of Mount Fuji, free drinks available.
The onsen is abit small. The balcony could use a good scrub and new paint, it would be lovely to chill out at the balcony looking at Fuji. The bedroom somewhat outdated, but clean and comfy. If I come to Fuji prefecture again, I will surely come back for the breakfast =P
HHwee HongGlad to stay here. Definitely recommend for those who are driving and planning to stay at Gotemba area. Hotel is relatively new, room was big, the double bed is bigger, not the semi-double beds in most Japan hotels so is comfortable for two.
Was surprised by what we get....there is cold udon dinner! Ice cream, coffee and Fuji mineral water are available at the reception. Breakfast buffet spread had Japanese breakfast choices, bread, coffee, juice and cereal. Hot bath is small, is good enough for us to relax after a day of traveling.
Service was superb! All of them are so welcoming.
On a clear day, we can see Mount Fuji on 4th level. View is blocked by some cables though. Overall, a good stay as we get to enjoy the evening with dinner, Onsen, ice cream, and a good night rest.
BBY哥One of the flattest hotels in Gotemba, there is a surprise! We booked the largest room, which has a sauna, a super large jacuzzi, and an 85-inch TV and audio and video. It's much bigger than expected! The hotel also has billiards, table tennis, karaoke, and a bunch of comics! Suitable for a large Seto hotel👍👍There is a parking lot, and it only takes 7 minutes to drive to and from Gotemba outlet, very close👍
RRenRen76I loved the hotel, services and amenities was wonderful, food is great, rooms clean and nice with beautiful view on Mt Fuji! Onsens was also an amazing experience, just the location for local transfer is a little far away.
JJanetWe had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets.
The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious!
The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride.
Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese.
We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba.

The location is very good, just outside the JR Fuji exit. There are many restaurants around. There is a bus stop across the station to go to the outlet.
The service is warm and thoughtful, and there are free curry rice and drinks in the evening. Although there are no ingredients, it tastes good. The breakfast is also rich, and the black tea pudding is delicious.
Age is not a problem. As a hotel opened in 18**, the maintenance is okay.
A variety of supplies are provided including bath salts, facial cleansers and facial masks.
B1 has a lounge with massage chairs. There are also restaurants.
shortcoming
There is a social restaurant in B1, which is actually like an underground street. Although it is safe in Japan, it is also relatively complicated.
The hygiene is not very meticulous. There is dust on the corners and light bulbs. The bathroom is old and has a bit of a smell.
Overall, very cost-effective
EEkaterina88The hotel is really old, but the staff attitude and location are very good. Next to Gotemba station, convenient walking distance. There is a Bigday supermarket nearby. For dinner they fed me free udon with curry, I bought breakfast separately for 550 yen and had breakfast with a view of Fuji. Disappointments: very cold room, no hot water, they said that there were technical problems. The staff offered to check into a newer hotel with hot water for free, but I refused, because it was already evening and the journey was almost 1.5 km. In the city in the evenings there are almost no lights, it is a little scary to walk alone.
