Location is far from most of the attractions, will be nice to have a car. It took me 15 mins to walk from Tomei Gotemba Highway Bus station. There are free shuttle buses provided to Gotemba Premium Outlet from this station.
The hotel is very comfy, suitable to chill and enjoy the hit spring, good for family vacation. Free flow soba from 9.30 till 11pm, free yogurt drink and ice cream as well. The view from room is amazing! Basically can just stay in room and enjoy Mt Fuji view

This hotel is around 40 mins driving time to Mt Fuji. It has a natural hot spring and free and unlimited ramen supper provided from 21:30-23:00 every night. Besides free ramen, there are soft drinks and ice cream bars also provide for free.

Dormy Inn Fujisan Gotemba is well located to Gotemba Premium Outlet, Hakone and Kawaguchiko IF you are driving. For traveller who is not driving, it will be about 10-15 mins walk from the hotel to the nearest Family Mart. Alternatively, the hotel offers rental for e-scooter/bicycle. This helps with guests who do not drive. The hotel is well maintained (looks new). Good and comfortable sized bedrooms. There is no bathtub in the rooms, only standing shower, which is fine for us. The in-house onsen is pretty neat to use. Breakfast selection is nice and the nightly free soba is a very popular offer to hotel guests. Overall, very happy with our stay in Dormy Inn Gotemba.

Hotel was nice, staff friendly and helpful. Room size was reasonable enough for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). Love the complimentary ramen supper and ice cream.

There are full blooming cherry blossom along the road in front of a hotel. They provided good food such as night noodle and ice cream for free. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Female and male separated onsen.
