This hotel has a shuttle bus service that requires reservations. They said that they would not accept guests who are late. But it turned out that the staff came to pick me up in a private car. I was scared to death. I originally booked this hotel because I could enjoy the view of Mount Fuji while soaking in the hot spring in the room.. But I finally found out that I had to go to the front desk to sign up on a first-come, first-served basis before I could go to the designated room. Fortunately, the sky was cloudy on the two days I checked in, otherwise I would have been extremely disappointed. But I think this is a translation error, and I hope the relevant parties will correct it as soon as possible. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. The breakfast is so rich that I can't finish it (plus I added sushi, wagyu burgers and crab sticks). They can also help me make reservations for horse riding experiences nearby. Thank you so much^^
