I have two main complaints about my stay. First let me stay that is appears that the hotel is in the process of being renovated, and if that is the case, then these issues can be easily fixed. The first and most noticeable issue was the very large stain on the carpet. It was in front of the fridge, so it looks as if some previous guest may have dropped something--while the carpet itself appeared to be clean, the stain was certainly unsightly. The next issue, and the one that was probably the most problematic was the curtains. There was no possible way to pull them across the window to block out the light from outside. Even if there had been. they were floor length and covered the air/heat unit.  A few other things that I noticed that really did not apply to my stay was that the floor was almost constantly wet from the indoor pool; not just wet, but puddles of water everywhere leading to the elevator. The floor in the elevator, which was carpet was also drenched. This can be easily fixed by removing the carpet in the elevator.   Other than these two issues, it was an average stay. Breakfast was limited, as expected but the offerings weren't bad. All in all I would give  this hotel another chance, hopefully with improved  conditions.  I didn't have much interaction with the staff other than check in and check out, and it was efficient and quick. They were polite and matter of fact. The parking lot was a bit on the small side, but it was a pretty quiet area.

Comfortable holiday, good feeling for first stay here. I’d like to share with you. You can see Walmart outside, very convenient. Drive around 20mins, have China restaurant, it’s called: bamboo garden restaurant , it’s very delicious.

Two weeks earlier I stayed in a Comfort Inn in Murfreesboro TN and it was so bad I swore I would never stay in one again.  However, a work emergency landed me in this one, unfortunately.  Truly, this was awful.  First, there was NO hot water.  Barely lukewarm.  No internet either so I could not work.  My sink had the plunger pulled out and lying on the countertop.  I put it back in and it just fell in and wouldn't come back up.  The shower curtain was a curved rod that barely was hanging on and sagging badly and when I finally forced myself to take a rather coldish shower, all the water puddled on the floor because the shower curtain was hanging so far away.  It was filthy....and I truly mean that.  There were black stains all over the carpets and the ceiling tiles were missing in many places in all the hallways.  When I got into my bed, my sock stuck to the floor because there was some very sticky substance on the carpet.....and it was clear and invisible.  It told the front desk but nothing was done about it.  I put a towel over it.  The walls in my bathroom were peeling all over the place and pieces were all over the floor.  Some type of plaster finish I think?  There was thick black mold around every fixture in my bathroom.  It was $436 for just two nights in this dump!  The one lady working the desk told me to email the manager and he would issue a refund and it has been two weeks now with no response whatsoever.  This entire chain has went so very downhill and they should be ashamed! I would love to share photos but I am on a laptop and they are on my phone.  I will add them later if I can.  I have now been sick ever since I came home and I cannot help but wonder if I got some horrible illness from staying in such filth!
