Lobby was very smoky due to the barbecue site right by the lobby. The BHC Chicken at the lobby mentioned that they were on break time (since like 7pm) on New Years’ Day and never came back until next morning. We had to order BHC from a nearby hotel instead. This place is called a resort but it felt more like a chalet. Room said to be for 6 people but was really small and had only one toilet. You could hear dogs barking from other people’s units. Other than the great New Years’ Countdown Party they organised, nothing really amazing about this place.

First off, this is not a 3 star resort. It probably was at some point but it’s old and in pretty bad shape. I would say 2 star at most. It looked like they had maybe started to do some renovating and stopped. The resort advertises that they have soundproof rooms but you can hear everything from the hallway. So much so that we thought our door was open. Every word, every cry or scream from a passing child can be heard loud and clear. We had booked for 5 people but only had sleeping accommodations for 4. When I called the front desk to ask for another futon, the initial response was no… until I complained and said that this was unacceptable. The free parking was a joke. The parking lot is a public lot that anyone can use and it was a nigh**are trying to find parking. It was far from everything. No house keeping so we had to constantly try to sweep away sand that you track into your room because there is sand everywhere in the hotel. I can go on and on. In short, we decided to check out a day early to find a place we could actually relax and get some rest.

I definitely recommend Song Ji-ho Forest Trail.
I ordered and ate all kinds of room service food, but it was a bit poor for the price.
Other than the advantage of eating comfortably at the hotel, there is not much else.

I reserved a side ocean view suite pet room, but I think they upgraded the room when they said they would add one more person. It was a room on the highest floor on the 7th floor. It was a room with a great view, so it was great. Thank you for giving us Cory pet supplies and a welcome gift. The driver said the room temperature was too hot. I was impressed that they came and looked at it quickly and the service was quick. I will 100% visit again next time. It was a family trip. My dog, my family, my parents, and my daughter, who is disabled, had a great time resting. I think it will be the best Goseong family trip.
