UNACCEPTABLE AND IMPERSONAL BEHAVIOR FOR A ROOM THAT COST 368 EUROS PER NIGHT. WE HAVE MADE MANY TRAVELS ABROAD AND DOMESTIC BUT SUCH RUDE BEHAVIOR, FIRST TIME WE HAD HAPPENED!!!
