Добрый день. Впечатления грустные . Нас с мужем не заселили про предварительной оплаченной брони . Муж ( пенсионер ) забыл паспорт дома , но при этом были документы удостоверяющие личность . Категоричность . Не заселим и все . Нашли другой отель , где заселили с распиской от меня ( жены) , что отвечаю за своего гостя( мужа ) . Да . Законы нужно соблюдать , с этим не поспоришь . Но индивидуальный подход никто не отменял .

On our way from Moscow down to Sochi. Everything was OK - our room, our dinner, our sleep. This is really a place to stay. A great three-star property. The only snag is their ССТV-equipped parking - too small and therefore often fully-packed. There are some alternatives nearby but those are unguarded.

This time around it was November. We drove from the Black Sea coast back to Moscow. I did call them up in advance but, frankly speaking, there was no need to do this - it was low season plus a weekend day so their occupancy rate was not high. Girls at the reception were friendly and professional - as usual. We got the room we always stay at, it was comfortable and clean. We had great rest at night and enjoyed their open buffet breakfast - modest but well thought out. Their dinner options were nice as well. This is not my first review and I can't but repeat - it's an excellent three-star facility. Bearing this in mind - recommended (but take into account that their own parking lot is pretty modest).

Shower did not work as there was almost no pressure. On top of that the bed was too hard and not a good quality although the pillows were good. Since sleep and a shower are the most basic conditions for a good stay it was not good. They also did not have Prosecco in the bar while it was on the menu

Не кому не рекомендую, свинское отношение администратора! Бронировал на сайте озон тревел, в комментариях указал что нужен номер с двумя раздельными кроватями, но администратор Анна, если можно ее так назвать, отказалаь заселять в номер с двумя кроватями даже за доплату, зотя номера были в наличии. Места на парковке также отсутствует и заняты в основном транспортом сотрудников отеля

Бронировала этот отель за месяц до Нового года. Бронировала через официальный сайт. Очень милые девушки по телефону, все оформили и сказали что нас с нетерпением ждут! И вот настало 31 декабря! Мы всей семьей( двое детей 12 и 9 лет) проехав 6 часов за рулем, приезжаем довольные и тут понеслось! Мой муж забыл дома паспорт! У меня был свой с собой! Подходим к стойке регистрации и нас встречает с каменным лицом Иван, сотрудник стойки ресепшен и говорит, что без оригинала паспорта он нас не заселит!!! Напоминаю 31 декабря 18:00. Мы начинаем просить, умолять, дети с испуганными лицами! Я понимаю, что мы виноваты сами! Но Иван даже не старался по человечески нам помочь! Муж начал сам предлагать варианты, что оставить нас в отеле и с нами хотя бы Новый год встретить, на что Иван сказал, что он вызовет охрану и в 23:00 мужа выведут из номера! Это было последней каплей! На это все смотрел охранник отеля и он нам подсказал хотя бы другие отели в Воронеже( мы первый раз в этом городе) охранник отеля пытался нам помочь, а не Иван, лицо отеля!! Вы же Hilton , мировая сеть! Что у вас происходит??? Не верю я, что так важен один документ! Муж предлагал и права и документы на машину! В моем паспорте вписан он, дети! Вообщем желаю Ивану, так же провести свой отпуск!! И руководству отеля, проверить свой персонал на проф пригодность!
