Хороший отель , чистые полотенца, постельное белье. Утром завтрак выше всяких похвал. Единственный минус не так просто найти свой номер, переходы от лифта к лифту и проходной этаж, с первого раза кажется, что сложно, но стоит один раз попробовать и проблем больше не возникает

Очень понравился этот отель со столь непатриотичным сейчас названием. Самое главное его достоинство-это расположение в самом центре города и наличие собственной парковки. То есть, припарковался, заселился и вперед! Номер очень понравился, жили в 501-ом, светлый, чистый, уютный. Да, очень удивил напор воды в душевой кабинке, ну прямо как из пожарного брансбойда фигачило. Завтраки очень достойные. Читал отзывы про скудность меню, у нас все было совсем наоборот. Достаточно большой выбор блюд на любой вкус, недовольных лиц во время завтрака замечено не было. Единственным небольшим косячком считаю поставленный на минимальный уровень заморозки холодильник в номере и свернутый с него регулятор. Мне очень хотелось охладить шампанское и клубнику, поэтому, как старый турист, воспользовался пассатижами из мультитула который всегда вожу с собой. Так что сейчас в 501-ом холодильник морозит по максимуму! Для себя сделали вывод: останавливаться можно, очень достойно за свои деньги.

Дверь слетела, вай фай не работает, у соседей вырубили свет, мусорка в туалете, холодильник не работает, освежителя воздуха нет, мочалок нет, расположение плохое, доставка не работает, на ресепшене необразованные люди, розетки в за стеной. желаю создателю переосмыслить видение мира

Останавливались в июле 2023 года в 306 номере. В номере запах, света толком нет.В ванной ужасный запах и плохое освещение. Дверца кабинки сломана и вместо нее висит шторка.Напольное покрытие в номере очень грязное, требует чистки. Кондиционера в номере нет, спать с открытым окном невозможно,очень шумно от дороги. Ремонт номер не видел очень давно. Странно, но в номере нет мусорного ведра. Завтрак включен в стоимость, посредственный шведский стол. В общем, если как у нас поздний ночной заезд и не вариант ещё куда то ехать, то переночевать ночь можно.А для более длительного проживания однозначно не рекомендую.

Не бронируйте здесь номер- пожалеете 100%! Абсолютно не адекватная цена за такие страшные условия. Как им совесть позволяет брать деньги за это? В номере стояла вонь и затхлость, кондиционера нет, с открытым окном слышно машины и мотоциклы, по ковролину страшно ходить, он грязный, в пятнах, выглядит как клоповый рассадник. Полотенца воняют. Стены обшарпанные и грязные. Покрывало на кровати в пятнах. Из холодильника воняло. В душе вместо стеклянной дверцы весит страшная шторка, до которой боишься случайно прикоснуться, на полу в душе коврик в ржавчине. Раковина в разводах. Если бы мы с мужем не были такие уставшие , я бы оттуда вылетела пулей и забрала деньги, но сил у нас не было и времени, заехали поспать перед дорогой. К слову за две поездки на юг из Ярославля это был самый омерзительный номер. В Краснодаре мы снимали на 600р дороже идеальный свежий чистый номер в Ибисе. Мы уже поняли, что в Воронеже вообще большие проблемы с нормальными отелями, но этот побил все рекорды. Искренне не советую, а гостинице желаю закрыться на ремонт или навсегда.
