Проживали в отеле с 31.12.22 по 02.01.23. Мы гости из Казани, приехали 31го декабря в 10.00 утра, 19 часов без сна за рулём. Думали, что заселения будем ждать до 14.00. Но👆 ребята, как нас встретили, это просто чудо. Лиза и Галя, супер персонал. Как они нас встретили, нас так ни в одном городе России не встречали, а путешествуем мы много. В общем, разрешили передохнуть в соседнем номере, пока наш готовится. Заселили пораньше. Завтрак носили прям в номер. Завтраки очень вкусные. Номера чистые, мы остались очень довольны, если ещё будем в Ростове-на-дону, то остановимся только в Шертоне. 👍
