Хороший отель, в центре города, в 600 метрах от набережной. Номера чистые, все необходимое есть, даже халаты. Вкусный завтрак в формате шведский стол.
Единственный минус для тех, кто на машине, - как таковой парковки у отеля нет. Есть парковочные места рядом и напротив отеля, но занять их можно только по принципу: кому как повезет. Ну, и по утрам на улице любят "пастись" эвакуаторщики.

Проживание в отеле " Эрмитаж" испортило все впечатление от деловой поездки в Ростов. Удобное расположение, легкое бронирование, быстрое заселение - это плюсы, но оснащение номеров в отеле 4 звезды - это один сплошной минус. Оказывается, все принадлежности нужно было везти с собой. Мыло, набор для чистки зубов, гель - были выданы один раз на все время пребывания. Один - отель 4 звезды. На ресепшене никаких действий по этому поводу не предприняли, объяснили, что нужно приходить и ПРОСИТЬ!!! Просить - в четырёхзвёздочном отеле!!! Спонжи, салфетки, ватные палочки и др - вообще не предоставлялось. Никому не рекомендую данный отель!!! Делайте выводы, господа, из-за таких мелочей теряете клиентов. А мы, на минуточку, сняли пять номеров в данном отеле и рассчитывали на приятный отдых! Но, к сожалению, были заняты походом по магазинам бытовой химии.

Отличное место!В Ростове были проездом, останавливались на 1 ночь.Отличное расположение,можно быстро выехать из города!В 5-10 минутной шаговой доступности набережная с ресторанами!Была небольшая трудность с парковкой(приехали поздно),но все быстро решилось!

Номер чистый, свежий ремонт, матрац удобный, постельное белье белоснежное, ковровое покрытие в прекрасном состоянии без неприятных пятен, завтрак очень сытный. Единственное замечание в душевой плохо уходила вода в слив.

Наши впечатления -все очень даже понравилось. Чисто, аккуратно, очень комфортно. Обслуживание и персонал - супер!!! Очень рекомендую. Местоположение отлично! В следующий раз будем в Ростове - выбирать не будем 👍, только к вам)))
